GoogleAn Incredibly disgraceful experience obtained from this office, largely due to the lack of commitment and continuous misleading information shown by the colleagues. Lacked basic manners and respect towards customers, and specifically preferential treatment shown to other customers with no good excuse, which probably suggests discrimination. Extremely bad service, should be ashamed.

We used Robert Watts to both sell our house and find our new home and they were fantastic. Rebecca was our main point of contact and she was brilliant. She could not have done more. She was able to help with a number of concerns we had throughout the process and also helped push things along when certain stages used to slow down. In particular Rebecca went above and beyond and helped clarify a number of issues that were found with the .Home Buyers Survey. Without her assistance we would still be trying to understand it now!

From the beginning when John Watts visited to value the house I was impressed with the professionalism and likeable nature of John. The house was an inheritance from my mother and I did not want to be involved showing people around, this was not a problem as the agency did all the viewings, following up with all the potential clients and reporting back to me with details within a few days of the showing. I cannot recommend this agency enough as they provided me with information to make the house more saleable and nothing was too much trouble for them. Excellent service.

It took myself and my boyfriend a whole year to get into our perfect house and this was sometimes very stressful and frustrating. Tabby Hickling was absolutely brilliant and kept Rob and I in the picture throughout the whole year. She sympathised, understood and always remained professional and calm even when I think her patience was tested as well as our own! This is our first ever dealings with Robert Watts but after our experience working with them, in particular Tabby, I would happily recommend them to anybody. I cannot thank her enough and we are two very happy and thankful homeowners now. It was all well worth the wait. Leanne and Robert x

GoogleShockingly bad customer care, terrible communication and liaison skills, as soon as the paperwork is signed you seem to be left in the dark chasing up information and not being told when the other buyers drop out !! I Would never use watts again very disappointed I had people knocking at my door saying that watts never got back to them about a viewing!!! And they take a percentage for this disgusting service!!

The staff in the lettings office are efficient, knowledgeable and friendly.. The property was let quickly with the valuation rental achieved. The staff kept us informed throughout the process and we have been delighted with the service we have received since the property was let. Very good tenants were found via the vetting procedures and we have complete peace of mind knowing that our property is so well managed.

All staff are always helpful, friendly and supportive. The response to any enquiries or issues is always prompt and informative. The new initiative of photographic evidence in presenting information is very welcome as this also helps to keep track of conditions in the property and enables us as landlords to appraise any concerns or alterations.. Advice is usually sound and based on their wide experience.

We had a great experience with Robert Watts at Highfield. They were efficient with arranging viewings and getting answers to questions we had. Towards completion they were helpful in progressing the sale and chasing solicitors on both sides where needed to support both the vendor and ourselves. After a slow start, we had a few viewings which came to nothing then when we did get an offer we were kept in the loop all the way through. The agents at Robert Watts were always available and we would like to say a special thank you to Rebecca and Angela.

Lucy gave us a realistic price my property could achieve. She was confident of a price and made us feel at ease and feel confident of a sale. We recieved an offer within a couple of weeks and sold the property there after. All the Robert Watts team in Wibsey are bubbly making you feel welcome and are straight talking and up front with everything. We purchased a property through Robert Watts. Rebecca Hey was brilliant. If I had a query she got back to me in super quick time - usually within 5 - 10 mins. I never had to chase them for anything, which was SUCH a refreshing change in this day and age. If Rebecca wasn't in the other ladies Tabby & ? (sorry cannot remember name) were equally as good at getting answers to my queries. I give them 100/100 for customer service. Rebecca & her colleagues are a credit to Robert Watts.

Having had trouble with getting any information or moving things forward from both the buyers and my solicitors, I would have felt completely frustrated were it not for Nicola and the other members of staff at Robert Watts at Five Lane Ends, Bradford. They chased matters up and kept both the buyer and me up to date throughout the sale of our house.
