I would just like to say this is the worst letting company I've ever come across in my entire life, staff was extremely rude with bad manners, bad behaviour, no interest of letting the property to us, sending us back an forth for unnecessary paper work, time wasting, felt I was racially discriminated, especially by a lady called Teresa. I would not recommend this company to anyone. My wife and I are on over £100,000 income per year and was refused the property that is only £900 PCM I'm not really sure what kind of tenants they are looking for but i guess they need to be on more than £200,000 a year at this rate

Highly Recommended, Fantastic service, Fiendly Staff. My property has been managed by Watts for the last ten years and recently when it became vacant, they again managed to re let to another suitable tenant in less than 24 hours of being given notice by the existing client . All of the staff are always very happy to help and seem to go more than the extra mile to ensure all parties are looked after in a courtesy, timely manner . Having had numerous dealings with them over the years I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Robert Watts, and am very satisfied with their ongoing professional and courteous service they extend to both landlord and tenant alike.

Just like to say this is the second time I have rented from Robert Watts and can't praise them highly enough. Due to circumstances I had to change jobs and then move when my rent period was over. The staff were brilliant and Kate who I spoke to then put my mind at rest and asked one of the girls in office to make sure it went smooth for us. Couldn't have been easier from sorting references to moving in, so polite, helpful and kind. Top rated and woukd recommend them to anyone looking to rent

Think twice about renting with Robert Watts their communication is very poor at best . We have recently finished a 6 year tenancy with Watts and have had to go in person to get an update on when the bond will be returned 3 weeks after vacating . During the tenancy the gas fire was condemned due to the chimney needing to be relined at this point we were told it was advertised with a fireplace not a fire even though we had been using the fire for two years and it was serviced yearly Last winter we waited two weeks for a boiler this time condemned by British Gas to be replaced . Watts are great i would imagine if you are a landlord but as a tennant you will have to fight for anything you need and they will stall hoping you will go away

Many thanks to all at Robert Watts Higfield Road office who conducted the sale of my mother's house. This was dealt with efficiently by Carly Greaves. We were offered accompanied viewings with Robert Watts dealing with potential purchasers, this was a great help as it meant appointments for viewings could be made at their convenience. We made use of the in-house conveyancing service which we found very useful. I have no hesitation in recommending Robert Watts Estate Agents to anyone thinking of putting their property on the market.

Robert Watts have looked after properties for me for a few years now and have always been very professional and eager to assist with any issues that have arose. Gill and Kate have been excellent and will always make time for you. Any landlords considering using should not hesitate. Any tenants considering renting through them should have peace of mind that everything is done properly to ensure tenants interests are properly looked after.

Recently purchased my new family home in Birkenshaw through Robert Watts and was very impressed with their service. They kept me up to date with any developments as well as weekly updates when we were waiting for conveyancing. They were very understanding with moving dates as we moved from quite a way away. Its a shame that hopefully we will never have to use them again as we have found our forever home. Highly recommended, and who wouldn't want to live in lovely Birkenshaw?!

Excellent service and a supportive team

Nicola Astley, based at the Highfield Road branch, was amazing and supportive in helping me sell my house. She kept in regular contact with me and went the extra mile to iron out issues arising which could have delayed the sale. Dont know why my previous review was removed! Rented my first property via Robert Watts. On the day of moving in the bath caused a huge water leak which ruined the hallway! to the day I moved out it had never been sorted and the damage was all still there. Had countless water leaks at the property from different windows etc and had bad mould. They couldn't care less. The house was practically falling to bits when I said I would be considering to hold the rent until the issues were resolved I was issued with my paperwork telling me to move out of the property within 3 months as "the owner of the property is wanting to sell" Surprise surprise the property was back on the market within weeks of me moving! Absolute joke and should be illegal to keep properties in that state then evict someone afterwards when you should fix it! Deposit was spanked for every little thing they could find. Tried charging me to replace a blind that was damaged from one of the several water leaks, The cheek! The second property I moved in via Robert Watts wasn't too bad but again, When issues arise they couldn't care less. All for the landlord, couldn't care less about the tenant as long as they are getting there cut!
