GoogleRecently rented a property from Robert Watts, Cleckheaton in BD6. There was a few questions and requested we had at the beginning which was dealt with negatively but then started dealing with Sam Banfield and he was so helpful and dealt with queries quickly and professionally between ourselves and the landlord, to help us obtain the property. Special big thank you to Sam.

GoogleRobert Watts have managed 3 houses for me for the past 5 years.I would recommend them to any landlord,I have had very few periods when any of the houses have been untenanted,any monies due have always been paid to time and any problems or disputes with tenants sorted out very quickly. My point of contact over the past 5 years has been has been Hilary who always does anything asked of her in a professional manner. Tony Kelvin

GoogleDont know why my previous review was removed! Rented my first property via Robert Watts. On the day of moving in the bath caused a huge water leak which ruined the hallway! to the day I moved out it had never been sorted and the damage was all still there. Had countless water leaks at the property from different windows etc and had bad mould. They couldn't care less. The house was practically falling to bits when I said I would be considering to hold the rent until the issues were resolved I was issued with my paperwork telling me to move out of the property within 3 months as "the owner of the property is wanting to sell" Surprise surprise the property was back on the market within weeks of me moving! Absolute joke and should be illegal to keep properties in that state then evict someone afterwards when you should fix it! Deposit was spanked for every little thing they could find. Tried charging me to replace a blind that was damaged from one of the several water leaks, The cheek! The second property I moved in via Robert Watts wasn't too bad but again, When issues arise they couldn't care less. All for the landlord, couldn't care less about the tenant as long as they are getting there cut!

I have found them to be very helpful, friendly and professional. Even when things don't go to plan as often happens with moving house, I can only praise the way they've dealt with issues on my behalf.

The team are highly responsive and proactively manage the portfolio on our behalf. We have also had positive feedback from our tenants who are impressed with the teams approach to both the letting process and subsequent day-to-day management.

GoogleAfter speaking with a number of estate agents to sell our house we chose Robert Watts as they had a positive but realistic attitude, and we weren't disappointed. Our house was sold quickly, and communications throughout were prompt and proffessional. The only minor quibble I had was that the representative showing people round at weekends was not very thorough and rushed off before showing one couple around, although they had contacted the office to say they were delayed.

GoogleThese guys were one of three estate agents selling a house, Staff informed my girlfriend that the vendor is pretty desperate to sell so will be worth punting at!!!! That’s not looking after their customer!!!! Anyway, we tried to book a viewing on the house with this information, they couldn’t show us for four days!!! So we rang their competition, was in the same day. Put a bid in, accepted, the 3rd party removed from the market immediately at the vendors request, these guys would not remove or at least put sold subject to contract!!!!! I waited a week and was obvious they only cared about getting theirs rather than the customer. Putting a solicitor on a house that’s still effectively for sale is not for the feint hearted. Anyway long story short you lost the sale because in a competitive market, you could show someone 4 days later!!!!
