Recently rented a property from Robert Watts, Cleckheaton in BD6. There was a few questions and requested we had at the beginning which was dealt with negatively but then started dealing with Sam Banfield and he was so helpful and dealt with queries quickly and professionally between ourselves and the landlord, to help us obtain the property. Special big thank you to Sam.

Robert Watts have managed 3 houses for me for the past 5 years.I would recommend them to any landlord,I have had very few periods when any of the houses have been untenanted,any monies due have always been paid to time and any problems or disputes with tenants sorted out very quickly. My point of contact over the past 5 years has been has been Hilary who always does anything asked of her in a professional manner. Tony Kelvin

I've been using both the Wibsey and Cleckheaton branches of Robert Watts since 2001 both for buying and selling, and more recently the Cleckheaton branch as a tenant. I have found them to be very helpful, friendly and professional. Even when things don't go to plan as often happens with moving house, I can only praise the way they've dealt with issues on my behalf.

After speaking with a number of estate agents to sell our house we chose Robert Watts as they had a positive but realistic attitude, and we weren't disappointed. Our house was sold quickly, and communications throughout were prompt and proffessional. The only minor quibble I had was that the representative showing people round at weekends was not very thorough and rushed off before showing one couple around, although they had contacted the office to say they were delayed.

A shockingly bad experience viewing a house in BD6. Made a viewing for Wednesday 9:30am, came out of work, collected my wife and 2 year old and was at the property for 9:25, waited for 15 minutes before calling the office only to be told by Harmony that my appointment was for Thursday, I explained that I'd definitely made it for Wednesday and had the text confirmation too, she abruptly put me on hold, returned a few minutes later to say ''Yes we did send you a text confirmation for Wed as you're saying but my diary says Thursday'' So I said you've obviously noted down the wrong date in your diary, she refused to accept the mistake on their part and didn't even apologise! So I had to rebook the viewing, this time Peter did turn up, fumbling about with a bunch of keys he didn't know his way around the house and had to call the vendor! My 2 year old touched a piece of Lego to which Peter exclaimed "Be careful that doesn't belong to you!" Tut tut, where do they find these people I wonder....

Robert Watts have looked after properties for me for a few years now and have always been very professional and eager to assist with any issues that have arose. Gill and Kate have been excellent and will always make time for you. Any landlords considering using should not hesitate. Any tenants considering renting through them should have peace of mind that everything is done properly to ensure tenants interests are properly looked after.

Lucy was Fab.. professional, down to earth and very informative. Honestly to have viewed a number of properties from different agents, she ranks at the top. A late evening viewing on a miserable rainy day did not make her rush my appointment. Thanks..

I have got to say Julie the manager speaks to people with such distaste. I'm shocked that anyone can think it is acceptable to speak to someone the way that she believes is acceptable. I live in hope that this review will make her evaluate how she addresses people in the future. To say she is rude would be putting it nicely.
