I would definitely recommend this estate agent after recently using there professional services. The service is efficient, professional and boasts a great team of staff that are all ready to help. Our personal customer service experience was excellent. The team at Robert watts kept us updated and we felt confident we were in good hands through what proved to be a particularly challenging period of a pandemic. Its the human factor, the friendly smile, the lovely helpful and reassuring way we were dealt with that we were especially grateful for. Our house sold within a week of going on the market and achieved the asking price. James came round at very short notice to value and take photographs. The brochure produced was fantastic and showcased our house particularly well.Nicky, Lisa and Jenny were brilliant throughout the negotiation process and even helped to speed up the exchange process when the first time buyers solicitors at the bottom of the chain were failing to communicate. I would highly recommend Robert Watts. They are extremely knowledgable and very skilled on what they do. We had a superb experience with them and hope to use their letting services in the future . We sold our house within 3 days with Robert Watts.James was on the mark regarding the asking price for our property and we achieved 5K over,which was a huge plus. It took about 16 weeks to complete - but that was due to other solicitors messing around and an exceptionally busy time for solicitors and estate agents in general. I would definitely use Robert Watts again and Jenny and Lisa were very good to work with - nothing too much trouble. Overall a good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Robert Watts to friends and family 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I had used Robert Watts for the purchase of my home over 3 years ago and when the time came to sell my home, I knew they'd be the best Estate Agents to do this too! They've been helpful, professional and always there at the end of the phone or email for any updates, questions and communications. I have mainly dealt with John and Lisa who have both been fantastic, along with the rest of the team. They have provided a friendly, reliable and professional service from start to finish. They've done the majority of the viewings, I had an offer accepted on my house in a week of it going on the market and then they've been great at liaising with my buyer. The online tracker is also an amazing tool so I could keep an eye on the viewings booked in and progress. Thank you so much for all of your hard work! Fantastic service and knowledge of the market and the property. Massive thanks to Lucy who was very knowledgeable and told me exactly what i needed to do to sell. She knows her stuff!!!
