Dreadful service. I know the housing market is bonkers right now but no excuse for such a poor customer service. Nothing but promises and lies. To the reply; Strange how I got a phone call within 20 mins of writing this review. I was buying and was promised a call-back on two seperate occasions. The only call I got was after writing this review. Sad that you operate in this manner - but not my problem now as I won't deal with you for any future business.

We used Robert Watts at Cleckheaton to sell our house . From the valuation to the sale I can only use one word AMAZING . There were various difficulties on the way but Robert Watts were always there for us , we mainly dealt with Lisa and she was lovely so professional very caring and understanding just a lovely lady will miss talking to her . Overall we could not fault any body we had contact with at Robert Watts would highly recommend them . OUTSTANDING and thank you Lynne&Mark xx

I've only got positive things to say about Robert watts. They were proffesional and on the ball with my house purchase, keeping me informed every step of the way. Not only this they chased up the solicitors who were intent on slowing down the purchase. Special shout out to my girl Lisa Hewitt for handling everything so professional.

Dear Mr Watts.... you have replied to my google review .... 'Leslie sorry you had some issues but you can't actually book a viewing direct through our website and all requests go direct to the office. Can we help you re-book something? ' I do understand that a direct booking cant be made via the website BUT... Your website clearly invites you to 'arrange a viewing' and details are required to do so....name e mail telephone number etc.... I completed the details on a Friday evening.... yet no one contacted me for days .... i didn't want to knock on the door of the house.... i tried to follow protocols..... by Wednesday i was getting worried that you may have overlooked my request to arrange a viewing...so i rang your office and guess what the house in question had been sold just 24 hours earlier.... my request was made the day that the "for-sale sign" went up....and was ignored by your office. this is clearly not a great service for any of your customers..... and not the first time i have experienced this issue with Robert Watts. i am not impressed at all.
