Unrivalled professionalism, work ethic, and a service offered like none other!! I selected Robert Watts as wanted to ensure it wasn’t just simply an ‘agent’ I was placing my home on the market with, but it was a team who would push progress on any transaction gained on my property - and they delivered on absolutely every aspect! Our house sold within a week of going on the market and achieved the asking price. James came round at very short notice to value and take photographs. The brochure produced was fantastic and showcased our house particularly well.Nicky, Lisa and Jenny were brilliant throughout the negotiation process and even helped to speed up the exchange process when the first time buyers solicitors at the bottom of the chain were failing to communicate. I had used Robert Watts for the purchase of my home over 3 years ago and when the time came to sell my home, I knew they'd be the best Estate Agents to do this too! They've been helpful, professional and always there at the end of the phone or email for any updates, questions and communications. We sold our house within 3 days with Robert Watts.James was on the mark regarding the asking price for our property and we achieved 5K over,which was a huge plus. It took about 16 weeks to complete - but that was due to other solicitors messing around and an exceptionally busy time for solicitors and estate agents in general.
