They have been very proactive, friendly, available, hardworking and also seems to actually care about their customers on the buying and selling sides. This is a big difference from other estate agents and we would recommend the Robert Watts to friends and family. Big thanks to Robert Watts team in Cleckheaton.

Incredibly superb customer service which made the stress more manageable, in particular Lisa Hewitt who went above and beyond to help with the purchase of my first home! Lisa is, in my eyes, such an essential asset to the company she was always very professional, well mannered and a breath of fresh air to communicate with! Everybody within the Cleckheaton branch who assisted myself were all the same, very nice people and a pleasure dealing with and very quick to respond with any queries I bombarded them with. Everybody really makes you feel valued and listened too, I cannot speak highly enough about everybody involved.

I used Robert Watts to sell my house and they provided a great service. Robert Watts marketing was excellent, were able to find a buyer and we agreed on a price. The service continued through the sale process and I was kept informed at all stages. I was very impressed by the whole process and big thanks to Jenny for all her help.

Robert Watts in Cleckheaton have been excellent to deal with. They respond to queries quickly and efficiently and have been polite and professional. I've found the quality of Estate agents to be quite variable but RW Cleckheaton have been above average in my experience so far.

Underhanded misleading give you false hope play with your mind in the end just wanting more on a provisionally sold property hoping seller will accept..... some people have morals.... not here though! having dealt with many estate agents worst experience ever so far EDIT BELOW In response: to call someone churlish for leaving an honest review speaks volumes.... its not about gazumping its about not leading someone up the garden path as a buyer we need to make decisions too i know what happened along the process as it was told to me and i know things happened in the background...... i know with 100% confidence can say it was wrongly handled and i was dealt with incorrectly as a serious buyer!

Robert Watts were the agents for our recent house purchase - specifically Lisa and Nicky - and can honestly say I don’t think we could have asked for better service. Aside from being professional and friendly from start to finish, they really went above and beyond on more occasions than I can remember, to make sure that we were not only always up-to-date with the status of our purchase but that all other parties involved were doing everything they could to keep our purchase progressing. They were very empathetic to our situation and we were always made to feel that they were ‘on our side’ whenever needed. We could sense genuine happiness when they were finally able to hand us the keys to our new home (hopefully not because they thought we were difficult customers!) and we even received an amazing welcome box, that really topped off the all round excellent service we received. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Robert Watts again and can’t recommend them highly enough and whilst I’m sure everyone that works there is great, if you happen to have Lisa and/or Nicky dealing with your purchase, then we can guarantee you’ll receive brilliant service.

We recently used Robert Watts for the sale of our house. Right from the start when James valued the property he gave us good advice and his professional and friendly manner made us feel at ease. From begining to end we was aided by a lovely lady called Jenny who went above and beyond in her role, she regularly kept us up to date on the progress of the sale and when problems occurred she did everything in her power to help solve the issues, we would have been lost without her. We would definitely recommend Robert Watts and use them again in the future. Once again thank you so much for all the care and support you gave us.
