GoogleI had used Robert Watts for the purchase of my home over 3 years ago and when the time came to sell my home, I knew they'd be the best Estate Agents to do this too! They've been helpful, professional and always there at the end of the phone or email for any updates, questions and communications. I have mainly dealt with John and Lisa who have both been fantastic, along with the rest of the team. They have provided a friendly, reliable and professional service from start to finish. They've done the majority of the viewings, I had an offer accepted on my house in a week of it going on the market and then they've been great at liaising with my buyer. The online tracker is also an amazing tool so I could keep an eye on the viewings booked in and progress. Thank you so much for all of your hard work! Couldn't recommend a local estate agent more!

GoogleJames Watts and Nicky are very professional and they went out of there way to help me buy my home off them, they did more than the ones I where paying to sell my home no comments but won’t use ever again, Robert Watts acted for my purchase. Great estate agents and would deffinatley recommend if your serious about selling or buying your home from. I will deffinatley use Robert Watts to sell my home when the time comes to move on in the future. Nicky was great and so where the other staff at Robert Watts, going the extra mile, Thankyou all.

GoogleUnrivalled professionalism, work ethic, and a service offered like none other!! I selected Robert Watts as wanted to ensure it wasn’t just simply an ‘agent’ I was placing my home on the market with, but it was a team who would push progress on any transaction gained on my property - and they delivered on absolutely every aspect! Nicky was my main point of contact in the office and the response times were absolutely unbelievable, even giving me a run for my money and that’s some going ;-) Also Lisa too, between these ladies the process was made as easy as possible, just an absolutely fantastic team. I could only wish I was buying my next home through Robert Watts as let’s say it highlights all over again just how amazing this team at Robert Watts is - other agents should take note, sit up and realise this is the standards they should be working to. Also for reference, 8 weeks from sale to completion and that was inclusive of a valuation discrepancy, again highlighting the level of unbelievable reaction response from the Robert Watts team. I appreciate this is a long review, but take the time to read it and you’ll thank me after choosing this team to help you sell your home or purchase another. James - you have the best team around & should be proud! Cannot recommend highly enough!

GoogleJames came to value our house at short notice during a very busy period in the middle of Covid lockdown. The photos he took were professional and showed the house at its best. We wanted a quick sale and James' advice on pricing was spot on. The first viewers arrived about 5 hours after the house went on the market and they made an offer for the asking price there and then and formally via Robert Watts at 9am the following day. From then on Nicky and Lisa facilitated easy communication with our buyers and ensured that the process was as smooth as it could be during a pandemic. Though we hope not to move again for a long time, we would definitely use Robert Watts to sell our house again and recommend them to anyone who is thinking of selling.

GoogleAlthough Robert watts were not our estate agent in the chain, they were the estate agent of the vendors we were buying from. We were in a large chain and having a number of issues with the lower end of the chain. Jenny was really good in helping things move along and was very supportive with the process.

GoogleWe have had such a fantastic service from Robert Watts in Cleckheaton. As first time buyers, during a pandemic...!, it was bound to be a stressful and tiring experience. However, the team were so helpful, honest and gave priceless advice. I’d like to give a special mention to Nicky, who made communication channels between the vendor and ourselves super smooth. GoogleWe initially asked James for advice on the housing market. His knowledge and understanding of the local market was invaluable and the reason we decided to sell our house. With guidance from James we sold our house within 24 hours. His staff, especially Lisa, were extremely professional and responsive to our requirements and helped us through the whole sale process making the move much less stressful. I highly recommend them.

GoogleFrom beginning to end, Robert Watts were amazing in both selling our home and helping us buy our new one. James came out initially for an appraisal and was very clear, and wasn't frustrated by all of our questions. He wasn't pushy at all, and even gave us some suggestions of houses that we loved (he knew exactly what style we were looking for). Lisa and Nikki were fantastic throughout the buying and selling process, despite some significant hurdles thrown at us by the solicitors. We can't thank them enough and simply couldn't recommend them any higher. The next time it comes to property we will be using Robert Watts again!

GoogleWe sold our house within 3 days with Robert Watts.James was on the mark regarding the asking price for our property and we achieved 5K over,which was a huge plus. It took about 16 weeks to complete - but that was due to other solicitors messing around and an exceptionally busy time for solicitors and estate agents in general. I would definitely use Robert Watts again and Jenny and Lisa were very good to work with - nothing too much trouble. Overall a good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Robert Watts to friends and family 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

GoogleDreadful service. I know the housing market is bonkers right now but no excuse for such a poor customer service. Nothing but promises and lies. To the reply; Strange how I got a phone call within 20 mins of writing this review. I was buying and was promised a call-back on two seperate occasions. The only call I got was after writing this review. Sad that you operate in this manner - but not my problem now as I won't deal with you for any future business.

There were various difficulties on the way but Robert Watts were always there for us , we mainly dealt with Lisa and she was lovely so professional very caring and understanding just a lovely lady will miss talking to her . We dealt with Nicky Aspin, she was fantastic, very professional and lovely to talk too. She chased everything and updated me regularly. We had a bit of a nightmare towards the end of the sale with the top of the chain messing around. The sale would of gone on even longer if it wasn’t for Nicky constantly chasing all the other parties. Couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Nicky and the rest of the team.
