Amazing service. I had several estate agents came to value my parents old property and James stood out for the right reasons, straight forward, honest and everything he told me he would do came through in a professional and timely manner (couldn't say the same for some of the other local agents!) The sales process of a difficult sale was made as pain free as possible, the team in the office were brilliant, especially Nicky who handled the majority of the sale. Estate agents have probably had one of their busiest periods in a long while, and comparing the experience I have had with Watts to the service several of my friends have had recently with other Estate Agents, I was truly blessed, throughout there was only one slight hiccup, but that was addressed and rectified immediately. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this great team.

We chose Robert Watts because of their local reputation. We had viewing afternoons which took the stress of viewings away for us. Tabby who was looking after us at the Birkenshaw office was brilliant start to finish and always updated us well.

Just sold my house, it went through very quickly and without any problems. Robert Watts staff were great throughout, kept me in the loop with weekly updates and always helpful with any questions had. I would have no problem recommending them to family and friends.

I've recently purchased my first home, knew nothing about the process which in itself is already stressful. The staff at Robert Watts really made this experience easier, Julie was fantastic. Been looking for a house since ages and Julie, our first point of contact, has always been responsive and efficient regarding our viewings requests. We have then found our rare pearl, the purchase process was extremely stressful but Holly been of extreme help, patience and support. We are very happy. Definitely recommend it.
