GoogleAfter having a week from hell, I can honestly say Kate went above and beyond to make life easier. If anything could go wrong in 1 week it did. Kate answered every call and dealt with every issue within the hour. She friendly, funny and made me laugh when all I wanted to do was cry. Kate is a credit to Robert watts and I do hope to deal with her again. X keep up the good work x

GoogleI've only got positive things to say about Robert watts. They were proffesional and on the ball with my house purchase, keeping me informed every step of the way. Not only this they chased up the solicitors who were intent on slowing down the purchase. Special shout out to my girl Lisa Hewitt for handling everything so professional.

GoogleAmazing service, Watts have managed 2 properties for over a decade. Cannot fault them. Professional, organised, prompt, helpful. Everything runs like clockwork, statements and payments arrive on set dates. Makes life so easy. This year they've introduced an emailed summary of income & expenditure. The best letting agent ever used. Wish they were in Holmfirth.

GoogleWe bought our house through Robert Watts and they were fantastic from start to finish. They kept us in the loop constantly. We dealt with Nicky Aspin, she was fantastic, very professional and lovely to talk too. She chased everything and updated me regularly. We had a bit of a nightmare towards the end of the sale with the top of the chain messing around. The sale would of gone on even longer if it wasn’t for Nicky constantly chasing all the other parties. GoogleJenny and the team went above and beyond to ensure my purchase of a property from themselves went through smoothly. Jenny especially kept me updated weekly and I knew she was only a phone call away if I needed anything. We had a few bumps in the road with the chain as a whole but Jenny kept in contact with myself and my vendors to ensure we both knew what was happening. I honestly feel without Jenny and her support, the chain would have collapsed. I could have cried when collecting keys on completion day as my mortgage offer had nearly expired. Jenny worked tirelessly to get us a completion date. I won't be moving for a long time but when I do, I'll be straight to Jenny and the team at Robert Watts and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends, family or anyone else who will listen. GoogleEveryone at Robert Watts were very helpful from the intial valuation to the eventual sale of my property. They kept in touch throughout the process and answered all my questions (I hadn't sold a house for over 20 years so needed all the help I could get). The house sale took longer than I thought it would but that was not down to the team at Watts who progredded with the buyers solicitors at regular intervals. If my usual contact (Nicky) was not in the office then someone was always available to pick up where she'd left off as their internal systems meant that everything was detailed and up to date on the computer. I'd have no hesitation in recomending Robert Watts to anyone considering a house sale.

GoogleRobert Watts estate agents made the whole process of selling my house very easy and painless , from the first correspondence of me asking for a valuation to final day of handing the keys over they were very efficient and friendly and if you popped into the office they always had a smile on there face . As soon as the house was on the market i was kept well informed of any viewings and then any offers that came along , you can also go online and keep a check of this yourself which i found very useful and informative and lets you know how things are progressing . They have kept myself and my buyer in the loop as to what was going on with the sale and if any problem arose they quickly sorted it out , i have now used Robert Watts twice and if i needed to sell my house again they would be my first port of call.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleRobert Watts were the agents for our recent house purchase - specifically Lisa and Nicky - and can honestly say I don’t think we could have asked for better service. Aside from being professional and friendly from start to finish, they really went above and beyond on more occasions than I can remember, to make sure that we were not only always up-to-date with the status of our purchase but that all other parties involved were doing everything they could to keep our purchase progressing. They were very empathetic to our situation and we were always made to feel that they were ‘on our side’ whenever needed. We could sense genuine happiness when they were finally able to hand us the keys to our new home (hopefully not because they thought we were difficult customers!) and we even received an amazing welcome box, that really topped off the all round excellent service we received. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Robert Watts again and can’t recommend them highly enough and whilst I’m sure everyone that works there is great, if you happen to have Lisa and/or Nicky dealing with your purchase, then we can guarantee you’ll receive brilliant service.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI sold my property using Robert watts. We were in a chain of 4, being the only property in the chain that wasn’t using an online only estate agent. If it wasn’t for the staff at Robert watts getting involved with every person in the chain, effectively doing the job of 4 estate agents in the end process, I doubt we would have completed even now! The staff in the office were heavily involved speaking with solicitors and helping to move things along. They were responsive with my viewing feedback and quick to contact me when people wished to arrange viewings. I have been 100% satisfied from the beginning of the process to completion. I would not hesitate to use Robert watts in the future if I were to move again, however given my experience, I would be extremely wary of buying another property marketed with an online estate agent. GoogleWe sold two properties through Robert Watts in Cleckheaton. They were extremely helpful and kept us informed throughout. Their assistance was particularly helpful when our first home hit a snag (spot of damp) which was fixed quickly and efficiently by a local company they recommended. We obtained pretty much 'asking price' for both properties and were very happy with their service. Would definitely recommend.

We had been to final bids on a property previously with them so then when we found this house was on the market with I was happy to contact them for a viewing. They made the offer process easy from a buyers perspective and kept us updated along the way. I’d recommend buying a house that’s on the market with Robert watts for sure!
