Purchased my first property from them and still remember starting to cry with tears of joy. The staff were fantastic and understanding that this was a new process for me and that I needed assistance and support along the way. When I went to collect my keys after my successful offer everything was ready for me with a lovely little moving in gift from them. Amazing service from start to finish. All staff are friendly and supportive. Don't be afraid to ask for their help and support, they are happy to go the extra mile within reason. Thank you and pleased to have done business with you all.

I purchased my first property through Robert Watts years ago. I then decided to rent this property out and used their lettings service for this. I have to say this has been a fantastic service for me. The property has been really well looked after. I know from neighbours around the area that all tenants have been great and caused no issues. I live in Scotland and Robert Watts have taken a huge amount of stress off my plate. I will be using them with confidence to sell this property too. Highly recommended. Having just complete my house sale with Robert Watts, want can I say but excellent service by everyone. From the original contact with John, who advised what price was achievable , to handing over the keys on completion day I was kept up to date every week to how things were progressing, which was very reassuring as I was living in Chesterfield. Great service. Tabby communication was excellent. Wasnt straight forward but was supportive. Only thing being wrong was the recommended scolicitors . Communication was very poor from them . Did not call when said they would, very frustrating. Would not use those scolicitors again. Watts your doing a great job but change recommended scolicitors.

5start from start to finish! Just picked up the keys to my new rental house. It has been by far the easiest and clearest process I've ever been through with any estate agents. Mattea helped us from Start to finish, gave me all the information required, answered any questions to the best of her ability and got back to me and confirmed anything she was unsure of. Very happy and confident I've made a great decision by using this company And looking forward to some great times in my new place! Thank you for all your help!
