Beautiful location but very expensive for such small properties. The staff were very nice and friendly.

Overpriced council house estate built from the cheapest materials you could possibly buy , looks like persimmon staff have been logging in to give it 4 star reviews, but none of them seem like human beings, no other reviews online etc, these houses are at least 50% overpriced, your paying a premium just to be reasonably close to Durham, if these houses were on an estate outside the cities borders they would be lucky to make 100k a piece

The sales people at the Persimmon office in Aylesham were helpful and understanding. We found the post sales care was very good, and they were very responsive to fixing any minor snags (there were only a couple, resolved within a few days). The quality of the house and construction is very good (way better than other new builds I’ve experienced before) and on meeting one or two of the guys who built it it’s clear they have real pride in what they do. I would say that the Persimmon head office put us under a lot of pressure initially to complete unrealistically quickly, although in the end this was more pressure than anything real.
