GoogleWe used the Estate Agents recently. They were helpful and professional. A buyer was soon found at the market price and the sale proceeded. Emma George kept us informed and chased up the buyer when necessary. There was a boundary query which was quickly dealt with and clarified with 24 hours. We have sold a number of properties over the years and Parker were the most efficient, a big thank you

GoogleAfter a mis communication all was sorted when hot water issue. Personally never had an issue with parkers as I'm happily left alone to do my own thing which is very much appreciated. I retract my negative review as it has now been talked through and sorted

I have recently relocated from Devon to Reading. Parker’s have been absolutely brilliant and incredibly patient with the fact I’ve not been as available as I would have had I been local. Everyone I spoke to within the agency were really accommodating of this and helped me to no end.I now have a beautiful house that is looked after to a very high spec. I could not recommend this agency enough to all tenants and especially landlords looking for an agency to maintain their property to the highest standard.

We had a terrible lower chain for our move, but Parkers, who were our sellers estate agents in Chinnor, along with our own agents Wye Residential in High Wycombe, were absolutely fantastic, moving heaven and earth, working together, to kick the lower end into action and save the chain for those of us at the top. Our chain would have collapsed if it hadn't been for the Parkers in Chinnor team pulling off a minor miracle and going well beyond what you might expect even from a good estate agent. We can't thank them enough and we are very happy to write this recommendation for them.

FacebookThe whole Parkers Chinnor team did us so proud. They worked above and beyond the call of duty to get us into our first home within 6 weeks of viewing and just before Christmas! If that’s not worth 5 stars then I don’t know what is. Couldn’t be more satisfied if we tried. Would recommend this excellent, 10/10 trio to anyone - total superstars. Googleprovided very impressive service and professionalism. Just bought house through them. We are very grate to choose Parker estate agency to buy our house. They are extremely professional and provide right advice and guidance promptly. Both Jasper and Somer are very knowledgeable and always provide the best quality of service starting to completion. They regularly liaise with solicitors and inform the progression regularly. We bought and sold houses few times in the past and we know the stress on both seller and buyers sides. But Jasper and Somer and later stage Damien made the process less stressful and provide unbiased service. We certainly use their service again when we come to sell or buy in the future and my strongly recommendation to my family and friends to use Parker since they are extremely professional and knowledgeable and provide the best customer services. We are also going to use Parker for the letting as well. Oliver is extremely helpful and understand the customer requirement. Thank you very much for your help, much appreciated.

FacebookTo say that the service received from Parkers is good, would be grossly unfair. They are significantly better than just good. Having transferred to them from another agent and offering two properties on the market through them I have been very pleased with the service. The level of communication The support and encouragement Sound advice on the best way to offer a property The issues of contracts and new tenants. All this and more, areas where Parkers shine and reach the details that other Agents fail to reach. Since working with the staff at Parkers our income has increased in just the same way as their service to the owners. It goes without saying that I would highly recommend them to other owners.
