The photos of the advertisements are very exaggerated. They must be taken when the house was refurbished, also they are using special camera lenses to show the property larger than the reality. There are huge difference between the reality and photos. It is waste of time to arrange vieng and spending resources. I am sure noone buys house from the adv photos.

Had a great experience with Parkers. Renting out a property in November can be challenging but they found a tenant in under two weeks. Rebecca and the team were very helpful along the way, keeping me very well informed. Very impressed.

Coming from London, and dealing with estate agents there, I have found the team at Parkers very friendly and helpful, although a little slow to respond to queries. They are also the managing agent for the flat we are now renting, and in that regard their service have been exceptional. Thank you all!

Persistence and politeness. It's taken a while to sell the property but this is no fault of Parkers. They have been persistent in their approach, always keeping us informed albeit we don't live in the Reading area. We couldn't fault their attention to detail and now we're near completion, we're really pleased we had them as our sole agent.

Terrible experience renting a house through Parkers tilehurst. Repairs not carried out in a timely manner, rude staff in their lettings team. No responsibility taken for tenants health and safety it’s all about protecting the landlords. Be wary when renting a property through Parkers and check who the landlord is if it is managed by them. Also put everything in writing if you do rent thought them. Anything verbal will be lied about and told it didn’t happen. Finally 3 years of stress, grief and upset is now over since we’ve moved away from Parkers!

please avoid Parkers they have just keep a 96 £ my deposit which i have payed 3 days ago not even care that i told them that i have to move out uk

The tenancy application you read and signed is very clear, if you are unable to proceed and have to withdraw from a let, the 1 week holding deposit is non-refundable and is used to cover our costs to date. It’s unfortunate that you have had a change of circumstances, but it would seem this is out of both of our hands.
