FacebookI called the cyncoed office about viewing some property and spoke to Ceri Jardine, whom after I spoke just hung up on me. I called again and she did not answer me. It went straight to answer phone. I do not think this is appropriate behaviour for an interested customer/client. I do think Ceri Jardine should be reminded that it is clients like me that pay her wage. Her behaviour is disgraceful.

GoogleWe've rented from Moginie James for 2.5yrs and we cannot recommend them highly enough! Any issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently, and they replied promptly to emails and queries. We are sad to be leaving Cardiff and to not be able to continue renting from MJ. If ever we return to Cardiff, they are without a doubt the first place we will look. Thanks again for making our home something we felt happy, homely, safe and secure in: a sentiment that sadly not all renters can utter!

GoogleAwful company. When it came to the deposit they tried deducting for things that we had notified them of being when we moved into the property. So not only did they never bother to fix these issues they had the audacity to attempt to charge us for it. Oliver Bird who we were dealing with has also come across as condescending and arrogant during the process. When I asked him what their complaint procedure was he was telling me that landlords are entitled to make deductions if the property was no returned in the state given to ourselves in (despite these things being broken when we moved in) and our complaint was to do with the fact they were charging us for things we had reported as broken at the start. Good luck if you have the misfortune of having to deal with the rental side of Moginie James and make sure you take pictures of absolutely everything but if you have the opportunity to go elsewhere, run a mile.

GoogleI wasnβt even going to approach a fourth agent for a valuation of my property but a neighbour recommended Moginie James SO highly, I did. That was the first stroke of good fortune. The second soon followed with an offer on my house for a price I was very happy with within a week. The third came when I needed to find a tenant urgently for a flat I own which was vacated at very short notice- again, Moginie James came up trumps- taken by the first to view it and again turned around within the same week as the house. On top of all that, they are a thoroughly lovely bunch of people, not something you often hear of their breed π€.

GoogleFrom viewing to renting in just over a week! The team at Moginie James are fantastic. Claire did a great Job of answering all the question I had about the property even though she had to rush out last minute on a Monday night to show me around! Jamie was proactive and incredibly efficient gathering all the information and responding to my concerns even though he had to deal with me answering all these questions on a call in the car that had the worst signal. Joanne wrapped up all my references, documentation and did an incredible job relaying my messages to the landlord. All this meant that the team was able to get me into the house within 10 days before my trip to the USA and I cannot thank them enough! A big shout out to Joanne and Jamie for answering all fifty of my calls I made to them throughout the week - you guys are great! I have and will be recommending Moginie James to everyone I know looking to rent in Cardiff :)

GoogleThis was the best rental experience. Jamie (Lettings Negotiator) very professionally and kindly described the situation of the property and impressed me and my parents. It only took less than a week from watching to renting. Joanne (Property Manager) has been providing considerate services, especially when the contract was finally signed, all the information was clear and neatly prepared for us, which surprised me. I highly recommend Moginie James as your first choice for real estate services. PS: Jamie is a very charming and international gentleman rental representative. Professional knowledge makes you a great enjoyment when visiting the property; of course, if you are lucky enough to have Joanne to assist you with the rental process, all you need to do is relax And sign because she has done everything for you.

FacebookI would NEVER recommend anyone to rent or buy off this company. I have been renting since November 2019, every single day is a absolute nightmare. There is so much wrong with my flat and they do nothing to help. My tenancy is only for a year thankgod but I can honestly say itβs been the worst year of my life ππ½

Absolutely useless company!!!!!!!.. They will read this and still ignore you!!.. How they can charge what they do.. For the state on the property and never carry out maintenance I don't know.. I'm currently on hold to environmental health for the 2nd time.. Through these.. Anyone reading this... Stay clear for your own sanity π

GoogleMoginie James took over management of my rental property when another management agent proved a complete disaster. They quickly sorted out all the issues, and for I can't thank them enough for their time and professionalism.
