GoogleDon't rate you at all they take ur money and then you report problems they don't let landlord know and then u ring back they won't answer took me 6week to even have a cooker put in even then they didn't want to coz it's not important my advise go elce where pple

GoogleMoginie James are a friendly and professional estate agents. We first contacted them with the intention to let our flat, but when that fell through they were absolutely fine about it and kept us on their books anyway. A year later we wanted to sell and went back to them. They sold our flat above asking price, and were friendly, helpful, consistent and reliable throughout, and always had the time to chat and resolve any issues I was having. A brilliant service from an excellent company, I would definitely do business with them again and would recommend them above any other estate agents I have worked with.

GoogleI started the process of selling my home before the lockdown which was caused by Covid 19. Moginie James found me a buyer within a week of the house going onto the market. Everything was going smoothly until lockdown. I do not live in Wales and I was worried about the sale. However, Aaron kept in contact with me so that I knew what was happening with my buyer. He calmed me down and contacted me during this very stressful time. In addition to Aaron, Michelle and Nathan were always on hand to update me on developments with the sale and offer advice on clearing rubbish that had been left by a previous tenant. Selling a home is stressful, living outside of Wales makes the process harder to control and the unprecedented lockdown due to Covid 19 made my stress and anxiety levels increase. However, the sales team at Moginie James were genuinely with me at every step of the way and made the sale of my house so easy. I felt that they have a knowledge about sales that you do not always find with other agents. They are all friendly and have time to deal with your concerns. I would recommend them in a heart beat and feel like there are no words to praise them enough. A bit of a communication problem at the start (wasn’t responded to when I first put an offer in), but once Cat took over the communication side of things everything ran smoothly their end. Happy with the process so far and they’ve put me at ease with everything since I’m a first time buyer :)

GoogleDo you want to buy a Property in Cardiff? Stay away from Moginie James |Cardiff Estate Agent and Letting Agent!!!! Moginie James | Cardiff Estate Agent and Letting Agent is a horrible estate agent and in my own opinion they are a Cowboy estate agent . If you are thinking of buying a house through them you really have to think twice so you don’t incur huge loses. They don’t have any ethical and moral reputation and they are willing to cause financial loses to buyers if that would allow them make tiny profit margins. I offered £85k for a `£100k flat advertised on Rightmove and on their website .The office staff told me that the seller declined the offer and that the seller was willing to accept any offer with a “9 on it “ I then offered 90k which was accepted and within 2 days I received a letter in the post from Moginie James Cardiff Estate Agent and Letting Agency that the `£90k I offered has been accepted and that I should send them proof of funding, mortgage approval in principle and also subject myself to identify checks through a company called lifetimelegal . They said once those items have been received they would take the advert away from Rightmove. I went through the identity checks and sent then a full-blown mortgage application(a better alternative than what they asked for) and I paid and instructed conveyance. They refused to take the flat offline and after 2days I received an email from Moginie James Cardiff Estate Agent and Letting Agent that the seller has decided to offer it to a cash buyer from a previous viewer, which is a complete LIE. .They did not even offer me the opportunity to pay cash and or increase my offer which i could have done .I lost my mortgage application fee and conveyance fee. Moginie James estate agency is the worst estate agency i have ever dealt with.They did not even offer me the opportunity to pay cash and or increase my offer which i could have done .Moginie James Estate Agents is BAD BAD BAD ESTATE AGENT..

GoogleThere were a few problems at the start with the writing of the property description and details. The writing had not been checked through properly, twice. It was badly written and grammatically poor. I think a strong first impression to a potential buyer is paramount, so I was disappointed. I ended up editing it myself and working with the branch manager to put it right. She went through it with me on the phone. So a slow start, but the rest was good. Cat was fantastic at communicating and keeping in touch over the Covid-19 lockdown. She dealt with my nerves in a very reassuring manner. Chris, the valuer, was so friendly and helpful and I appreciated Michelle's work to push the sale through to completion at the end. Overall, I would recommend the Pontcanna, Cardiff, branch. As a company, they need to be on top of their written work.PositiveResponsiveness

From Chris our initial sales contact through the negotiation and sales progression teams they have professional and knowledgeable staff who were able to help and reassure us during the process. We were moving through the lockdown period which was especially challenging and protracted but Office Manager Cat was on hand to make sure we completed successfully.
