Scam, change prices and suppliers for no reason. Then when they have changed suppliers guess who pays the extra? Suprise, surprise - the tenant!

Hello Daniel, thank you for your feedback. We would love to help clear up a misunderstanding regarding your account, as we want to make sure you have the right information. The change in your energy provider was not a decision made by Homebox; your previous supplier, Rebel Energy, unfortunately went into administration. Following standard regulatory procedures, British Gas was appointed by Ofgem as the Supplier of Last Resort (SOLR) to take over the supply. During this transition, we worked hard to secure a competitive tariff with British Gas to protect our customers from higher standard rates. The recent adjustment to your monthly payment is based on your actual energy usage to ensure your costs are accurately covered. We will contact you directly to go through your account and usage breakdown.
