GoogleCan’t recommend Jake, Harry and the rest of his team at bacon and co broadwater. From start to finish they were very professional even when things weren’t quite going to plan, they were there and very supportive in the process. Even at times going above and beyond as agents and really caring for their clients. I can’t thank them enough as it was a tough process. I don’t always do reviews, however, their service needs credit. For anyone selling in tough circumstance this team is the dream team. Thank you again x

GoogleI sold my house in April 2026 with Michael Poole with the Nunthorpe branch and I couldn’t reccomend them enough all the girls at the branch where so helpful , lovely and alway giving me all the information I needed and helping me get viewings which really helped with the stress of selling my house 😀 Roberta was such a great lady and would always check in with me and give me updates straight away and always replied to my concerns I would 100% buy or sell a house with Michael Poole again in the future.

GoogleJack Johnson has been brilliant from the moment I first spoke to him about the house. From helping us through the offer being accepted to supporting us with the ongoing process, he’s been constantly on the ball and always keeping things moving. He’s been great at chasing solicitors, keeping us updated, and making the whole process feel much less stressful. Really appreciate all his help so far and would definitely recommend him.

GoogleRenting through Michael Poole has been a great experience, and the service provided has been excellent. In particular, Aiden Lech-Allen was professional throughout the whole process of showing me around the property. He kept in regular contact, was friendly and easy to speak to, and made me feel completely at ease. He answered all of my questions about renting and was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend both Michael Poole and Aiden to anyone looking for a smooth and stress-free experience.
