A special mention has to go to Harry Moreland, who was professional, approachable, honest and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. His communication was excellent, and he always made us feel informed and supported. Having dealt with other estate agents in Worthing, I can honestly say Bacon & Co stood out for all the right reasons. The level of professionalism, customer service and genuine friendliness was on another level. Other estate agents we’ve experienced locally simply weren’t as professional or as likeable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Harry and the whole team to anyone buying or selling a property.

David came out to value my property and spent more time getting a feel for it and asking questions which ultimately is why I went with Michael Poole. The valuation felt well thought out. Tracy was my sales negotiator and was very helpful and supportive throughout the sale. My sale has now completed and with minimal stress. Thank you to the Nunthorpe team.

We were kept regularly kept up to date with how the sale was proceeding. A relatively smooth experience and we would not hesitate to recommend Michael Poole.

GoogleInitially Leanne was great, when purchasing our new property and selling our old home. However, as time went on during the process of buying/selling communication became very infrequent and then non existent to the point I heard absolutely nothing from her for over a month despite sending an email of complaint. Of which I ended up drafting two. I would not recommend using this agent because of this experience as moving is already stressful enough and I found her approach to be abrupt, sarcastic and unhelpful. Both my buyer and seller advised much the same so feel this must be the norm as opposed to my sole interpretation.

GoogleAbsolutely brillaint. We didn't use michael pool to sell our property but they were used for our buyers and for the property we were purchasing. Because of this we had a lot of interaction and help from them, even so much as mortgage advisor recommendation and when it came to a last minute need for an electrician michael pool again recommended one. They checked in and were polite and very knowledgeable. Id highly recommend them and although I plan on living here until im dead, if we had to move again id recommend them. Up the pools

GoogleMichael Poole have acted both as an agent I have sold through, and an agent I have bought through. They were extremely helpful in both circumstances. No question was ever too much to answer, and I can honestly say they went above and beyond to ensure both the sale and purchase ran as smoothly as possible (even with the unavoidable odd bump in the road). I would like to give a particular thank you to Helen Nicholson, Emma Eskdale, Kirby and Isobel. They were all brilliant and if I was ever daft enough to move again, I wouldn’t hesitate to use MP. It’s been such a long, stressful process but Emeline has answered everything, she’s reassured me throughout and she’s gone above and beyond to get me the answers or reassurances I’ve needed. I hope to never go through the process again but if I did, I’d choose Michael Poole.

GoogleI can’t thank Debbie and the Billingham office enough for everything they did throughout my sale. We encountered a major legal issue with a deed of variation, which took over 14 weeks to resolve and caused a great deal of stress and uncertainty. Throughout the entire process, Debbie was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly supportive, always chasing solicitors and other parties for updates, keeping me informed every step of the way, and always available to talk whenever I needed reassurance. Her professionalism, dedication, and genuine care made a difficult situation so much easier to deal with. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and I always felt supported from start to finish. I couldn’t recommend Debbie and the Billingham office highly enough. Thank you for providing such outstanding service and going above and beyond.

I do not understand how this firm is rated 4.8 when 10% of the reviews are 1 star and nearly all are complain about misrepresentation. I HAVE COMPLAINED TO TRUSTPILOT ABOUT THIS BUT HAVE BEEN IGNORED. Estate Agents generally hide behind caveat emptor rules to enable the vendor to hide undesirable aspect of the property for sale. But this the first time (and I have bought and sold many houses in my life time) I have come across a fact stated in a advert that was known to be untrue by the agent. I complained to the Managing director Richard Poole by email and written letter but both were ignored. However copies of these sent to the auctioneer were acted upon. Personally I will avoid this estate agent and recommend others to do so.
