GoogleReally excellent service. Everyone is so happy to help you and is polite and courteous. Natalie, my lettings agent, was really excellent and was almost always at the end of the phone to help with whatever was needed, and when she wasn't she would return my call at the first possible opportunity. Would highly recommend.

The agents that I interacted with were professional and more helpful than the industry average. Faye inputted a lot of effort into supporting my search, making regular calls to keep me updated of new properties, whilst being continuously friendly and polite. Overall, very happy with the level of service.

GoogleGreat service from start of process through to completion of sale. We live over 200 miles away, which complicates some aspects, and Michael Poole gave good advice, kept us informed and assisted us as "go between", and with "on the spot" help when we needed it !

GoogleWe have used Micheal Poole twice to sell our home, once using the Stockton branch and most recently Redcar. Good service, friendly staff & loved the photos they took to sell our property, which we accepted an offer on in 7 days :)

GoogleWhatever you do, DO NOT use this letting agent to let out your property, they DO NOT care who they put into the properties they are managing. As long as the rent gets paid, they DO NOT care about how much the tenants plague the lives of other nearby residents and as long as the property looks good on inspection day they DO NOT care how badly it is treated the other 180 days of the tenancy. For example, following their inspection last week, one of the six kids that lives in the house has ripped off the guttering trying to climb onto the roof, they have been informed but they really aren't interested.

GoogleHi, while renting home at 3 Tenby Court, 5 Moorland Road Croydon CR0 6HA, we have a very good experienced from Hassan. He reached on time on the said venue and showed 5 properties in the span of 3-4 hrs., which we never expected. He took us in his own car while travelling from South to East Croydon. Also he dropped us near to our venue. Hassan has given very clear information about all the properties. we have finalised the property at same day in 5 Hrs, which is due to Hassan only. GoogleHello, Me and my boyfriend were looking to move from Portsmouth, and after looking at loads of estate agents and speaking to a number of agents we were really disappointed with the search.Then my boyfriend found you guys. Your agent Lewis Hay was absolutely amazing!!! understood exactly what we were looking for and found us 2 amazing properties within our price range. He was Honest with us (not all agencies were) and kept us in the loop the whole way through. Although I couldn't be there most of the time due to work he was really understanding and professional with us, made us feel like he was working for our best interest rather then just to sell the property. GoogleMy Fiancée and I were looking for our first place together, I went in late December and gave my details and time we were looking at moving. As soon as we entered the time frame I mentioned Vanessa Van Den Beld was straight on the phone offering viewing for properties in our area. I found the perfect place online, rang up and we viewed, credit checked & referenced under 4 days We are a week away from the move itself but the process has been so quick and smooth so far I would suggest this estate agents to anyone. GoogleAfter deciding and making our mind to buy a house, we contacted many estate agents in the area. But no one was taking our matter seriously. One day by chance on the side of road we saw a board for street ahead and contacted them. Within a week time we passed the bid for a house while other estate agents could not help us in two month. Street ahead is quite dedicated and takes you seriously. Not only that they helped me until the last day of completion by following the matter on every stage. Highly Recommended!!!
