GoogleWe were very impressed, from first meeting Ian when he did carried out the valuation, his friendly and very positive attitude, was the main reason we chose Michael Pool to market our property. The photos Ian took of our house were fantastic and better than we expected, which I'm sure was a key factor in selling our house within 7 days, along with a fantastic write up, we could not have ask any more. Annie was a pleasure to deal with, being very keen to keep us up to speed with a viewing feedback, and even though we were on holiday, she made every effort to email us with the all development. Excellent professional service, right from the valuation, to sale, I would, and have been recommending Michael Pool to anyone wish to market the property. A very big thank you from my wife and my self.

GoogleThe service I have experienced at Michael Poole has been second to none. I wish all letting agents were as quick off the mark and would highly recommend them. The manager Kelly is knowledgeable and efficient and nothing was too much trouble which was especially beneficial as we are not locally based. 10/10

GoogleI've sold a couple of properties though streets ahead now and wouldn't go anywhere else! I got a great price both times, couldn't actually be happier. The service has been great. They really know their stuff! Faye Godfrey has been amazing. She has ensured it's all gone exceptionally smoothly, going above and beyond what Is typically expected to push it all through as fast as possible for both me, the vendor, and the buyer. I especially love her unique and laid back approach which has been a real calming influence during an obviously stressful period dealing with solicitors and freeholders etc. She is very warm and friendly, and always gets back to you when it seems even ones solicitor can't be bothered.. Thanks Faye, you're a treasure! I'll be dropping by with a ready mixed mojito for you very soon. Gillian MacDonald.

Only lost one star for some administrative blips (like getting my name wrong... twice) but I can live with that given how nice they seem compared to a lot of other agents.

GoogleHaving worked in the property sector for many years and now as an investor I've had the pleasure and misfortune of working with a number of people from the industry. However I have never worked with anyone who has done a better job for me than Kai and I felt compelled to highlight this. My recent purchase would have fallen through on several occasions if it wasn't for his quick thinking and going above and beyond in every aspect to get the sale done. This included knocking on freeholders doors at 730am or 9pm to help gain the signatures I needed to progress the sale and managing unusual situations that meant him working with two sets of solicitors and sellers living on a boat in Greece with little or no means of communication but still the sale progressed when anyone else would have given up. When looking for my next purchase in Croydon of which there will be many, both my business partner and I will always make Kai our first port of call and have already recommended him several times to other investors looking for someone as professional as Kai to help locate and manage this sale for them. Much appreciated!
