Very good from start to finish - I got 3 valuers out to see my late father's property and chose the one from Michael Poole in Stockton on Tees, there was no hard sell and he was very personable and professional. Subsequently his colleagues kept me updated at every turn, they arranged numerous viewings and quickly got an offer....sadly the chain fell through but the staff at Michael Poole got straight back onto finding a buyer and I soon had a new offer which has completed. They made what can be a stressful process very easy, thanks to their excellent communication with me and the buyer. Happy to recommend them!

Adrian has been with us throughout what turned out to be a really long and complicated process - and I mean really long! He sold our flat quickly, but when our first buyer fell through due to mortgage issues, Adrian helped us pivot to the auction route, explained how it all worked and guided us through our options. Even now, after the sale, he's still helping to coordinate logistics with our buyer which has been very appreciated. It's been a rocky road at times but Adrian has been a consistent, supportive presence throughout. Thank you Adrian! :)

This company are an absolute disgrace! They work with the insurance provider for Openreach’s van fleet. One of there engineers crashed into a brand new fence at our home. The engineer admitted full liability, there was CCTV footage, photos of the damage, yet they refused to pay out! There assessment blamed poor fitting and livestock for the damage (on a fence that was installed 4 days prior to being hit) and said there was no claim to pay out! Openreach themselves are trying to push for a resolution as in their opinion it should have been a simple claim. Vicky from the Keoghs compared the damage to some grass being run over. I had to explain that fences are not a living thing that will repair itself.

First class professional service from start to finish. A great team at Prenton with exceptional customer service and knowledge of selling houses. From Octavia's first visit to value the house which was an emotional day through to Curtis' appointment planning and regular updates. I never had to chase for an update and I feel that's really important. Don't be tempted to go to cheaper agents as you just won't get the service. You won't be disappointed Thank you again for all your hard work in selling my house.

First impressions count! Really impressed with Colin McKenzie from abbotfox Estate Agents when he valued my house. Some great advice, very knowledgeable & some really good ideas.
