GoogleRead the small print - contract tied in for 6 months. Lots of cancelled appointments and I was doing the chasing. Diane was very agressive and cared more about my buyers than myself as the seller....was told to pay for the buyers gas and electric certificates, thankfully a tradesman told me this should be done by the buyer not the seller to which Diane said 'so you're not going to pay?'! Then threatend by Diane that I should break the chain and exchange on a day I was going on holiday so I did not loose the buyer - otherwise known as their commision. Great for them, as I did this, my things are now in storage for over 2 months, as rest of chain still not completed! AVOID - they just care about the commission not the seller.

As for the company as a whole, well I can see why they are one of the most popular estate agents in the area! They sold our property within a week after previously being on with another agent for 7 weeks.
