GoogleWish I had gone with Michael Poole before my first estate agent, so efficient and professional. Better to pay a little bit more as you really do get what you pay for. The 7 day a week service is so much better for working people like ourselves. Hope I don't have to use an estate agent again but would 100% recommend michael Poole

GoogleKind, helpful and efficient staff who where very accommodating throughout the process. Only caveat would be that as a first time buyer there where times when it seemed unclear as to what was happening and I felt that I had to call to get updates more often than I should have. More contact from Michael Poole's either via email or call would have been more beneficial to myself. I do appreciate however the multiple clients they must be juggling. Overall very happy with the service provided.
