GoogleBradley Snape was amazing through my property search and I must say he is a real asset to the company! Very welcoming, polite, friendly and professional that made me feel at ease. He takes pride of his work and explained thoroughly everything, in future I will always go to Bradley. I can see him one day being a future regional manager/director and will go far in the company. Deserves a pay rise as I couldn’t speak more highly of him and will recommend him to friendls, family and colleagues.

GoogleI had a very short time to flat hunt. On my way down from Glasgow, Scotland at about 5pm on Monday, I contacted Bradley Snape, spoke about my interest in a property street ahead posted online, we booked a viewing for Wednesday as I only had two days and about ten viewings lined up with other agencies. Bradley was very down to earth and very friendly, this made the house viewing experience enjoyable. I was of the intention that I was only going to see one flat, but Bradley surpassed my expectation within the hour we blocked out for the viewing I saw 4 different properties within my location proximity and also within my budget. They all differed, one with a patio, one without but with a balcony, one with neither a patio or balcony. I was ready to pick one of the first three, however the last house viewed was the best, that i selected. I am glad I saw it last. It had both a balcony and a back garden the size of a 5- aside pitch, it is located within walking distance of both a train and tram station, and also surrounded by a park. I will be recommending street ahead to friends looking for a house and I strongly believe Bradley Snape is a great asset to the organisation, he even took out time to show me the Manor close to the property, such a great guy.

GoogleBradley Shape has been helping us look for our dream flat. One day he even stayed way past his working hours to show us a property and discuss with us how we would like to move forward. He's perfectly understood what our needs are and he's shown us properties that 100% meet our criteria. It's very hard to find such a professional and patient agent. I would definitely recommend working with him if you don't want to waste time and find your dream property.

GoogleSuch a nightmare, real shame that we are not going todeal with streets ahead anymore, up to this morning we were fine Bradley promised that if we like the property he can get it for us for our budget, so we put in an offer (the property rent was £1550 we have given £1500 as Bradley said he can get us for this price) so after 3hours he called and trying to push us give £1575 as he said landlord changed his mind and wants £1600 now, and saying that He can try get it for £1575 if you want , oh my gosh it’s just a game our budget was clear £1500 we understand they get their commission but this puts us and many others in a horrible situation, 😠 no more dealing with streets ahead croydon

I was worried because there are 3 other properties on my road with other agents that has not shifted for 2 month + now. WELL DONE DANNY

GoogleIf it was possible to give less I would. An agent called me this morning to set up a list of viewings for the day, 4 in total. 2 of which no agent appeared to show the property. No courtesy calls, no one in their office knows who is supposed to be where. Complete time wasters. Not to mention their fees, £138 per tenant for referencing. Joke of a company, avoid at all costs.
