GoogleAbsolutely appalling. Continued taking Direct Debit after cancellation of services then ignored our numerous refund requests. Having to get the bank to reclaim. AVOID.

GoogleI cannot thank Sam at Val Pal enough for all of his help and advice, he has made what I find a confusing and therefore tedious task into simple terms and therefore easy to deal with, explaining each item in layman's terms for me to make it clear and explanatory so that I can make the right decisions for my company. GoogleGreat service from both Sam and Sahara, really helped me from start to finish and even continued to look after me after implementation. As for the product itself It does what it says on the tin, just make sure you take the advice given to you with wording and marketing - I received 5 valuation leads in my first two days. Remember that the tool is only useful if people are seeing it :) I've now put most of my ad spend into ValPal - looking forward to seeing what comes of the leads!

GoogleVery disappointed with Valpal, little or no leads from the Valpal tool, very few leads from the facebook marketing. Certainly can't get their accounting correct as Incorrect invoicing issued and money taken by direct debit. Extremely poor communication and contact from the Valpal team, I had to chase them. Valpal tie you into a 12 month contract which autorenews, fortunately, I have given notice but I am still paying for a product which I don't use. I wish that Google would allow 0 stars or have negative ratings!

GoogleAsked for valuation for Wednesday, told cannot do Wednesday as the valuer is in Billingham. So arranged for Tuesday. No one turns up, so after phone call find out mix up with diaries, strange all of a sudden they can do Wednesday. I will take my business elsewhere
