I have used the Let Check company as a landlord for 2 years now and have to say I have been impressed with their service and professionalism. In my latest contact with them this month where they were to complete a “check out” followed by a “check in” for the same property the service worked well. This process was completely smooth and I now have new tenants and the security of a concise inventory report. I would recommend them in the future for other landlords.

Asked for valuation for Wednesday, told cannot do Wednesday as the valuer is in Billingham. So arranged for Tuesday. No one turns up, so after phone call find out mix up with diaries, strange all of a sudden they can do Wednesday. I will take my business elsewhere

First time buyer; buying a property through Michael Poole but using independent mortgage broker and solicitors! Andrea, Georgina, Connor and all others involved were very friendly and helpful throughout! Constantly striving for the best customer service and going above and beyond where possible; forwarding relevant documents to relevant people where necessary even if they technically weren’t required to; continually chasing up where necessary during a fairly lengthy buying time scale, and generally just keeping me well updated throughout the whole process! Highly recommended if you’re looking to buy a property; will make the process as effortless as possible! Thank you, couldn’t be happier! :)

I have been very happy with the service and staff in relation to the sale of my mums property. They are very friendly and approachable. The house was sold within 3 weeks, they kept me informed on feedback from viewers and when a sale was agreed they called me every week with an update. I have already recommended them to a friend who has listed her property with Pooles.
