Joe first showed me around a property which I knew I didn't like from the moment I arrived. He asked me why and what I was looking for exactly - I am often asked this and the usual answer is "you won't find it". Joe however immediately knew what to show me and told me that he had the perfect property for me, we booked the viewing for that weekend so that my husband could see it. Unfortunately I was unable to attend the viewing but my husband took a video and the second I saw it I knew it was our future home! Joe took what I said on board and was able to pair me with the perfect property. We now can't wait to move in! Thank you to the whole team at Martyn Gerrard.

Marlon helped my wife and I to to buy a flat in Finchley area. He understood our needs very well and he communicated our position to the seller in the most professional manner. While he gave us enough space to take our actions, he was in contact with and chased everyone professionally including the seller, solicitors and the surveyor and kept everyone up to date. This really helped the process to go smoothly and swiftly. Even after a couple of weeks of us buying the flat, Marlon has been helping us with some of the questions we missed at the time of the purchase. We definitely recommend him as a professional and courteous agent and we will hopefully get his assistance for our next move.

We recently bought a property through Martyn Gerrard in High Barnet. . Right from our first contact, Susan and her team were very professional, actually listening to what we were looking for and then proceeded to not only facilitate viewings on properties we'd selected but also made sensible suggestions about other properties that might suit. This included the one we've gone on to buy. This was a far cry from the service we were receiving from other agents who didn't listen and just showed us everything and anything. From the initial negotiation right up to exchange, the team in High Barnet, most notably Susan herself, were instrumental helping us reach an agreement on price before helping to keep our chain together while we waited for a jittery buyer on our flat. Even though we were the buyer in this situation, we really felt the staff at MG had both parties interests in mind throughout. Overall, a really great experience.

Hunting for a property is a daunting enough task without the added pressure of a pushy or inefficient agent. Thankfully Marco was a delight to work with and a refreshing change to other agents we'd spoken to in the past. He gave use space to think and take in what we were viewing. I felt he listened to us - our concerns that something might not be as it seemed and was honest with his opinions on aspects of the property. More importantly, he followed up on what he said he would do, without having to be chased. Kastro David was always courteous and punctual for appointments. Despite difficult circumstances that arose in this case, he remained upbeat and confident that we would eventually get to exchange of contracts and he must have managed to pass this sense of confidence to those at the bottom of the chain who had been on the verge of pulling out because of delays at the top of the chain.

Jatin took Complete time in understanding our new house needs, in terms of area, house space, location, and other preferences and then he took us through viewings for complete half day into houses he felt we will like.
