What can I say about this guy, By far the best estate agent I have met in my years of property investment. I have never met a such dynamic estate agent, full of energy and eager to resolve any hurdles that come in the way of completing a purchase. He uses his pro-activeness to answer any problems that either a buyer or seller faces and always available even on his days off to answer any queries. Dreadful untrustworthy estate agents. DO NOT use these agents. I was buying a house through them they lied and said it was off the market. I went ahead with purchase paying for survey and all the usual other stuff and all the while they sold it behind my back WITHOUT telling me. Only to find out it was because they had a higher offer. Making me waste time and money and emotional investment as i loved that house. They allowed me to continue wasting time and money without the courtesy of informing me they had sold it behind my back! This goes on too often with them and their reputation is reknowned for this behaviour.
