I have had dealings with Martyn Gerrard Crouch End for over twelve years and have always been very happy with the service provided by Mark Fordham who is now the Sales Manager. Excellent service, patient and always helpful

Dario has been excellent estate agent. Was patient during tough times when we lost one house and we were so frustrated. We decided not to use the Estate agency but his humbleness and professionalism, attracted us back. He was very active in negotiations and also open for help. Fantastic agency, very happy buyer

We met Kastro a few months ago whilst looking for our dream home. We had visited a host of properties prior to this and found the majority of agents underhand, dishonest and impersonal verging on rude. Then we met Kastro and he restored our faith in estate agents! As he had said he would from the very beginning, he did everything in his power to secure the sale. He gave us the time we needed because he could see we were genuine, he put us in touch with mortgage brokers, he basically went above and beyond as he could see how much we wanted the house. We recently purchased a house through Sophie Henry with the Finchley Central branch. Property Purchase

I found the initial viewing period with Martyn Gerrard very easy and professional, with dates and times confirmed promptly. My contact Heran Jethwa would provide a quick follow up on properties I viewed and followed up on questions with the vendors. I was also pleased that he would inform me of properties as they came up that met my requirements e.g certain roads and areas. Even when Heran was on annual leave, another contact at Martyn Gerrard was able to move things forward for me, such as organising access for the surveyor. I felt my experience from acceptance of the offer to completion was relatively quick and straight forward. There were a couple of small bumps along the way which was not surprising as we had a small chain, however Heran was excellent at keeping in touch letting me know what was happening and liaising between myself and the rest of the chain, and particularly moving things forward as we approached exchange, keeping me informed of any delays and the reasoning behind things, which was incredibly helpful!
