My experience ended up being very positive, thanks entirely to the hard work and dedication of Deborah Cundill‑Houghton (Debbie). We’ve just completed on our sale with Mannings after almost seven months, and it was an extremely stressful process due to one solicitor in the chain who was, quite frankly, a nightmare. If it hadn’t been for Debbie’s honesty, practical approach, and determination, I don’t believe it would have completed at all.

Google**AVOID** Slippery individuals, their business strapline “we use property sales data to help the best local estate agents stand out from the crowd” is totally inaccurate, Zain Akhtar Business Development Manager who isn’t completely sure what day of the week it is confirmed they scrape the data form the usual portals Rightmove etc and use only this to rank the agent publicly, I placed a further question to him that if I didn’t use such portals for all of the properties I market for sale the data would be inaccurate, he denied this and continued to reiterate that he also scraped the data form Land Registry, again as land Registry data isn’t available for many months after a sale has completed how are they able to publish accurate live and current data… We were duped into signing a contract with the firm as Zain Akhtar had an amazing lead for us and all we had to do was sign this contract…. Yes, I was naive nothing became of this, not even a sniff of a lead! Another occasion we were called out to a market appraisal and were informed by the owner that we didn’t rank high enough on their site, the owner also called GetAget direct to confirm our position and was informed by someone on reception that we were not a leading agent and not ranked in the top 6 yet Zain Akhtar confirmed we actually ranked 4 in our market place! I’ve requested to be removed and have no association with this company but they have declined. The information they provide to represent your company to members of public is false, misleading and inaccurate AVOID AVOID AVOID!

What a traumatic experience manning Stanton mortgage advisors perfect but the solicitor appointed to me were just diar missed mortgage offer deadline twice ended up paying 0.5% more would still be going back and forth if it wasn't from our saviour Phoebe Penrose from manning Stainton she was appointed to us 6 months into this delemer and with in weeks she had it all sorted she made the solicitor get in touch and actually made them understand how much deposit and money required when and where kept us updated and copied in on all emails from the solicitors and lenders I do wish there were more people like Phoebe what a asset to the company a pleasure to deal with thank you

Just completed on a property and it took a long time, and was very expensive, but Sara at Mannings was great. Without her it would have probably taken alot longer. She was chasing the solicitors and regularly keeping me updated. She did an excellent job and I thank her wholeheartedly.

Manning has been amazing with my house sale from the beginning. Its not been the smoothest journey, as expected with selling and buying houses, but Sara Wilson, as my move Manager has been fabulous. Sara really went the extra mile for me and has been a huge support throughout, always answering any questions I might have and chasing solicitors up for response. I am so grateful.
