GoogleThis site popped up as we were looking to put our house on the market. I gave it a try and it helped us narrow down the estate agents in our area to the most suitable. It made the whole ‘choosing the best fit’ so much easier. You get a full set of reviews for each agent, listing times and other useful snippets, including what percentage of the asking price they get on average. It’s a really useful tool to use and I’m glad I took a chance on it!

GoogleAvoid!!! , they are the worst agents in town, they deduct money to students for no reason, they take commissions and deposits for absolutely no reason, they deserve to go out of business

GoogleBest Estate Agent Ever! We have bought a number of properties and this time we were enquiring about HMO's. Joe made a telephone appointment and during the meeting had answers for all our many questions. He gave full and details accounts of rental values, HMO regulations and potential costs. GoogleI had a truly wonderful experience with Simply Let during my tenancy from January 2024 to March 2026. From day one, the whole team has been incredibly supportive, approachable, and professional. Any concerns I raised during my stay were always addressed promptly and effectively, which made my time in the property smooth and stress‑free. Their support during my move‑in was excellent, and the same level of care continued right through to my move‑out. The checkout process was clear and handled with genuine fairness. I had taken care to leave the property in good condition, and it meant a lot that both the landlord and the agency appreciated this and returned my full deposit.
