TrustpilotWhile the sale of my house was…
While the sale of my house was eventually completed, I can’t say the experience was a positive one overall. The process became very stressful, largely due to the lack of communication from the move manager, Carol Hartley. Calls were rarely returned, which left me constantly chasing for updates and added unnecessary stress during an already difficult process.

GoogleWe recently underwent the process of purchasing a house through Manning Stainton Adel. Whilst unfortunately the sale did not proceed we wanted to write a review as felt we were really well supported by the team, in particular Izzy. From our first enquiries about the property, through the processing of offers, as well as her assistance after the sale, Izzy always went above and beyond to help us. We really appreciated her regular updates and valued how keen she was to chase things and how responsive she was to any queries we had. We really appreciate all the team's hard work.
Thank you Tammy, for taking the time to share this. Although it’s disappointing the sale didn’t go ahead, we’re really pleased you felt so well supported and looked after during the process. Your kind comments are truly appreciated.
