The staff are very responsive and professional. They keep the houses running smoothly. I would highly recommend using their services for both renting and letting.

We needed a pet friendly property. Jacky and the team were so helpful. They were all friendly and so helpful. Jack and the team have since helped my son.

Julia, yes we try to offer pet friendly where we can, though some flats will not allow pets many of our landlords will with £20-£35 extra rent a month now we cannot take pet deposits like we used to. It is also lovely to help kids and friends and parents of tenant. We thrive on referals as many small businesses do.

We have been with simply let for five plus years and are well looked after!! Our moves with simply have been smooth and they’re very responsive to any work that needs sorting. Very friendly, cooperative and trustworthy company to work with.

The processes was very easy, we expressed our interest in one of their properties and booked a viewing. Our tour of the house was very pleasant and professional. Once we had decided it was the place for us, they sent us a list all of the things we needed to do to make an acceptable application, because we had all of this information we were able to make everything smooth and quick. We were even able to view a second time. We had been looking to move for over a year going through around 5/6 other companies at one point or another but none of them had the communication skills and organisation to the same standards as Simply Let. Truly the simplest, pleasant move I’ve made all thanks to this team.

Jasmine thanks for leaving a review. So much paperwork is required these days to meet regulations that it is sometimes hard to mkae the process seem easy but we try, and we keep tweaking it to make it simpler, though compliant. We are really pleased that you found the process smooth and simple. We are called Simply Let for a reason as I like things simple and it is easier for everyone all round!

Very highly recommended! After having to move at short notice I searched for so many flats advertised privately and through letting agents around the Poole and Bournemouth area...which became quite daunting, time consuming and tedious! I luckily found a flat which had just been posted with simply let, called Jacky, and she managed to arrange a viewing within 2 hours! I'm currently five months into renting a great space in Poole - and very grateful to all the team for making this happen. Simply let take the paperwork and administration stress away so you can just concentrate on moving, and also have a friendly and understanding approach with thier customers. Thank you...five stars!

I recent dealt with the Morley branch, Faye Nunns and Victoria in particular. Very impressed with the service from both. Always replied to my calls or emails and I also got paper confirmation of certain events through the post which is good for record keeping. They certainly impressed me more than other agents in Morley, not that they were bad...but just not quite the same service. Thanks.

All liar, fake company!

This company is like working with a bunch of idi*ts, not professional at all, don't even know how to do a basic job, everyone tells different story and also they do false advertisement, we conformed if we get the washer/fridge/freezer in the house (rented) confirmed yes then we moved in and nothing there, called on that day 6 times and nobody dealt with it, this is how started! after that point we had so many issues with this company and nobody dealt with anything in a professional way!! the only person is Georgina who was lovely and helpful in leeds, all others just not been trained at all. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT IS FORBIDDEN BY LAW!!!! don't waste your time with them! this is the worst company I ever dealt with.

We found Mannings really terrible, both when we were trying to sell through them and when viewing houses. They posted letter through our mailbox saying that x couple were looking to buy a property like ours, then when we signed up with them they were very critical of our house and told us they couldn’t ‘magic us a buyer’, advised to reduce by £20,000. They outrageously rejected a good offer for us without our knowledge and lost us the buyers. When we went with another estate agent at a lower price they sent us a letter saying that our house is worth more than we think and advertising their services! Every time we spoke to them it was to a different person and no one knew what was going on. When we viewed houses to buy through them they didn’t know anything about them, and didn’t make any effort whatsoever to highlight good aspects of the house. Just terrible, please save yourself some serious stress and avoid them. We eventually sold with Dacres and they were highly professional, personable and positive.

Avoid!

I was buying a house through a mortgage advisor with the moortown office. All I have had is problems and literally being ignored when I needed guidance. I was told having an advisor makes things less stressful when all it did was make things worse. I asked to put a formal complaint in which they did not help me with and avoided the many times I asked them for this and still didn't take me seriously. It has made me so ill to the point I have started losing my hair due to all the stress. so this is the best I have. As long as it does not affect them then they do not care. I had to chase and chase and chase it was ridiculous and so stressful. I was also meant to get £250 cashback from my mortgage on the day of drawdown which was sent to the solicitor referred by my advisor, to now have to chase once again! where is my money! It is disgusting! Avoid at all cost!

When asked to view a house we liked all they said was, on our file your house is not on the market so you cannot view the property you requested to view. Why would I put my house on the market and become homeless before I even start to see anything suitable to move into and how do they know if I can/cannot buy without selling the house I live in?We bought through them 5 years ago and had a good experience they seem to have recruited some poorly trained staff now who would rather answer phone calls from home than facilitate viewings. Very disappointed.

GROSS DISCRIMINATION AND RACISM

Mannington Staintone is one of the Property Company whose some of their Mortgage Advisers are very Discrinatory and Racist.ReasonsI recently wanted to buy a property which they have put on the market (4 Abbeydale Way, Kirmstall Leeds) .During one of our conversation, a gentle man called, Darren Hughes from their Beeston office who calls himself a Mortgage Adviser made an unacceptable comments.1) When he called me, the first thing he asked was, do you hold a British passport? The answer I gave was yes. Then he again asked, are you a dual national individual?2) He asked again of where I work. I told him that I have one Fixed contract and one part time which I have been doing for 10 years. His next question was, what kind of experience have I got to be given that fixed contract in that particular job environment? In fact this question hit me hard and I became a bit angry. So I told him that he was getting too personal. I do not know when it has become a law in the history of Great Britain that you can only buy a property when you are A British national. I do not also know when Mortgage Advisors have now become employers who question what experience a potential buyer has before being employed in their jobs. I believe that if I were an indigen British, he would never ask me these questions. If Britain calls herself a diverse country, then this behaviour should be looked at and nipped in the bud completely because it has no room in our society. I will continue to escalate this until my voice is heard and such people are punished so they don't perpetuate that unto other vulnerable individuals in our society. I would advise anyone of an ethnic minority origin should be careful or think twice if you are thinking of using this company to get unto their property ladder, especially using some of their so called Mortgage Advisers.

Very happy with my experience of buying a house through Manning Stainton so far. Victoria Alexander has been incredibly helpful, in fact I would not have offered on the property if it hadn't been for her. She identified a house that was exactly what I was looking for and arranged for me to view after a viewing I already had booked in. There have been no major issues yet and I have received a high level of good communication from the whole team.
