Recently sold our property through the Crossgates branch. We had a bad experience from start to finish and we were left feeling extremely disappointed with the service. One serious error and a subsequent lack of professionalism nearly cost us our sale and purchase .

Our first buyer was the buyer from hell, and our purchase wasn't particularly smooth either (largely because of our buyer from hell). However, Reena Boughan from Manning Stainton provided excellent support and advice throughout and everything turned out fine.
