GoogleI dealt with Leah Cascarino when looking to rent a property. I cannot recommend the company and Leah enough, she was highly professional and went above and beyond to help. She made every effort to ensure that I was able to move into the property at short notice, whilst always keeping me updated as things progressed.

GoogleI have let a number of properties through Manning Staintons and usually deal with Leah, she is always friendly and efficient and keeps me up to date with viewing requests and applications - I always know what's going on.

Send them an email a month ago for them to remove what was left of the fence they fixed before we moved in the house. They still haven't done anything and have not replied to me. Send them an email 1 week ago about something else and yet still no reply. Called 5 times and yet still no reply. One of the worst agency we dealt with for now.

Manning Stainton Pudsey advertised a property for sale with a large garden which was not actually owned by the vendors. Resulted in the loss of hundreds of pounds on our end through survey cost and legal fees. Throughout the entire experience they were unresponsive with calls and emails going un-returned and unacknowledged. If you can avoid buying through this branch I would strongly recommend it. But equally if you fancy trying to sell a property that you don't have the title deed for - give them a go!

Beyond ludicrous.I attempted to sell my property 4 times with them over a 7 month period. Offers were accepted but on all accounts they failed to move sale to close. Mixed messages, stories changed, one team members in particular failed to negotiate through issues and it was up to me to chase them. I pulled the plug after realising they did not have my interest at heart, went to a competitor solid at asking price in 1 week!Avoid this company at all costs, happy to discuss in more detail as I never want anyone to have to deal with these people in the way I had to.

GoogleReally helpful team in store Owen helped with getting all the paperwork together so the house could be SOLD STC. Then Lesley took over our account and made the whole process very smooth and fast. Moved in within 8 weeks which is very quick considering we were in a chain.
