Sell a house

We used Manning Stainton , Adel to sell our late Fathers house. Paul was always on hand and the sale went through eventually after a dip in the market. Thank you. Yvonne Jones kept us up to date once the sale had been agreed and she was the go between the us, the buyers and both solicitors, she made the unhappy process much easier. Thank you

House Sale

I want to say a massive thanks to Niamh Hanley at the Oakwood branch who supported with the sale of my property. For someone who hasn’t dealt with estate agents, she made the process really easy for me. Niamh arranged open days for viewings of my property and kept me up to date with the offers and position of the people interested as well as any feedback from the potential buyers. Niamh was polite, professional and really patient whilst I searched for a property to ensure there was a complete chain before passing me to the move team. Niamh went above and beyond by contacting the vendor of the property I was purchasing due to some complexities in the information being given. Thanks again Niamh!

Manning Stainton were a fantastic support to me when completing on my property this week. Natalie went above and beyond when a delay in completion left me stranded. She persuaded my vendor to allow me to store my possessions overnight in the house despite it not yet having completed, stood in the cold with me as my removals unloaded and was chasing the solicitors none stop to make my completion happen. I'm so grateful as I was in such a sticky situation and Natalie really turned it around (and prevented me from needing to find a storage unit at 5pm!).
