Helping dad to sell and move was a very stressful time. Zaini Miraj from Manning Stainton was a great help keeping me upto date with a weekly catch up call to guide and help with any issues. It was a long 5 months dealing with solicitors, our own estate agent selling dads property did not contact us once throughout the whole process. Thankyou Manning Stainton and special thanks to Zaini for all the help.

TrustpilotMoving on in 3 months...
From the moment Mathew valued the house to Paul organising and overseeing the visits I felt supported by a smooth running operation with caring and competent staff. Within 3 weeks the house was under offer and Yvonne swung into action with her calm competence and pragmatism. I felt supportive by all the staff through the ups and downs of solicitors questions, surveys etc.. but Yvonne kept me rooted in the belief it was going to go through. The MS machine is very sound but the staff are the real stars.

We switched to Manning Stainton and secured a sale within c. 8 weeks. They were polite and professional throughout the viewing process. Once sold our dedicated move manager helped to keep the sale on track and despite some particularly tricky moments, remained upbeat and proactive helping us to complete the sale against the odds. Would recommend Manning Stainton to help you make your move.

TrustpilotJack Pullan was brilliant from start to finish
I would highly recommend Jack Pullan if you need assistance with marketing your property. Jack has been extremely helpful from first placing the property on the market right through to the property being sold. All of my calls were answered and my emails were responded to in a timely fashion. I would also like to say that the way in which Jack presents details of viewings and offers is efficient and easy to read. Thank you, Jack, for the brilliant service that you provided us with. I would not hesitate to ask you for your assistance again in the future.

TrustpilotOur experience with Zaini of Manning Stainton…
Our experience with Manning Stainton selling our house was excellent. The general team were brilliant all through the process as was our Move Manager, Zaini Miraj. She gave regular progress updates and chased people where and when needed to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible. We recommend using Manning Stainton and also the work of Zaini. Thank you for making what potentially could have been a difficult process easy.
Agent replied · 15 June 2024
Thank you for the 5* review and the high praise of Zaini. We wish you all the best and thank you for trusting us to sell your home.

TrustpilotA difficult process made easier by competent agents
We have just exchanged contacts on our house and Manning Stainton - in particular Kyle Guy from the Horsforth office - has been excellent in pushing the process through. From the moment of sale, Kyle coordinated everything and went above and beyond to chase people up and get things moving as quickly as possible. He had a handle over all aspects at all times and kept us updated at every opportunity. I think we would still be waiting for it to all be finished if it wasn't for Kyle! Charlotte Murrie from the Pudsey office was sorting out higher up the chain and was also incredibly helpful, particularly when our initial sake fell through and was instrumental in advising us to switch from our original estate agents to Manning Stainton. All in all a difficult process made easier by two professionals.
Agent replied · 15 June 2024
Hi Charlotte, many thanks for your review. You were a pleasure to work with and I hope you'll be very happy in your new property. Wishing you all the best for the future, Charlotte!
