Patience understanding and always in control. This was a difficult sales dur to having the tenants in the property. However, at no stage I ever felt that Megan understand the situation.

TrustpilotJack was very attentive and accommodating!
Upon viewing a property, we wanted to go back with parents for a 2nd opinion. Jack was very accommodating with his diary and able to fit us in. We then went back with our 2nd set of parents and again Jack was accommodating for our parents to head back to the property. We made an offer on the property and Jack kept us informed of the progress of the offer and chased up the company we were buying from for updates. Jack showed us round the property and was very knowledgeable in relation to the questions we asked him and knew the property inside out. Jack has been a great help to us in our buying process and kept us informed of all developments and has been happy to answer any questions when needed. I would highly recommend Jack as an estate agent who will keep you happy by being attentive to your purchase experience!
Hi Joel,Thank you for writing your generous 5* review, we will be sure to pass your kind words onto Jack!We wish you all the best with your new home.Best regards, The Guiseley Team.

TrustpilotThank You
Right from my first contact about viewing a property there was no pressure or pushiness, great flexibility of viewing times & 2 incredibly cheerful & chatty agents to show me around. My absolute thanks goes to Joanne Williams who then guided me through the process chased solicitors, kept me updated regularly, chased when I forgot to chase & above all is a lovey lady who never tired of my ridiculous questions & explaining what at times felt like a foreign language! Joanne Is professional in every sense & I genuinely felt looked after & reassured. Buying a home on my own for the first time has been a nerve wracking experience but whoever I spoke to at branch was friendly, approachable & happy to help, providing me with any information I needed.Thank you - you’ve certainly prevented some grey hairs!
Joanna, what an absolutely lovely review of our service, we are so pleased to hear that you appreciated the full team, especially Joanne. We are very proud of our personal service and do try to help people to move as stress free as possible. We wish you all the best and good luck and thank you for your business.

Trustpilot5* throughout the purchase!
Amy, Jenny and the whole team were excellent throughout our property purchase. Instant replies to email/phonecalls.When the exchange of contracts looked to be stalling, Amy swiftly contacted the 3 conveyancing solicitors and got our exchange finalised. I would certainly use them for buying/selling our future property. Thanks guys!Mark
Hi Mark, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review we really appreciate it. Looking forward to seeing you both on completion day. :-) Kind regards Amy and The Headingley Team

TrustpilotYvonne made this process a lot smoother and less stressful than it could have been
We recently purchased our new home (and sold our old home) with the help of Yvonne as our move manager. In what was a tricky transaction, Yvonne ensured that this process was as smooth as possible. Some weeks Yvonne was in touch with me every single day to keep me updated and liaising with various parties to help get my move over the line. She was patient, friendly and proactive. Nothing was too much to ask; she was an integral part of getting this move completed on a date that was suitable for everyone. Highly recommend Yvonne and can't thank her enough for everything she's done for us.
Thank you so much for the review. Yvonne is a fantastic member of our team and it is always good to see her get the recognition she deserves for all her hard work

TrustpilotHighly recommended
I was recommended to use Manning Stainton by a property professional and was very pleased with their service. They were efficient, knowledgeable and pro-active, making the process of letting my property stress-free. Tom in particular was excellent but every contact I had with the whole team was positive and they were so much better than my previous agents. I would recommend Manning Stainton without hesitation.

TrustpilotSmooth move in. Some comms issues but resolve. Overall positive.
Smooth and quick move in and Manning Stainton Mooretown accommodated to my requests (a fast move in / turn around). Had some issues with comms stemming from replacement keys which was my fault initially, but Briony was great in liaising with me and resolving the issue in the end. Overall, would recommend 👍
