From start to finish, we couldn't be happier with Manning Stainton. Our initial valuation was with Ben, who was incredibly professional and gave us all the information we needed. His valuation was spot on, and within two weeks of going to market we had offers at and around asking price.On acceptance of an offer, our move managers, Gemma and Rochelle couldn't have done more. They managed both our sale and our ongoing purchase, and were in excellent in chasing up various solicitors and gave us weekly updates as to the progress of the chain. They certainly worked very hard and were worth every penny. Apologies to them for any aneurysms our chain gave them!Certainly would use them again. Roundly excellent.

Very hard to reach out for repairs being a tenant. Unfortunately my property manager is not able to manage the property for months and he is trying to manage the property as per the wishes of the landlord not as per the law/ agreement. Under compelling circumstances I have to write this review.

What an amazing service from start to finish. Lauren Horne from the start helped us with securing the sale of our property. Nothing was too much for her and always at the end of the phone when I needed her. Charlotte​​​​ Poutney our move manager was fantastic, every step of the way she made this a seamless process, noting was too much for her. Fantastic experience

Manning Stainton were the estate agent selling the property we have purchased. Macy from the Horsforth branch has dealt with the purchase and she has been amazing! She was excellent in making sure the purchase stayed on track, chasing solicitors and other agents in the chain and providing updates to us. She always responded promptly to any requests and was generally a pleasure to deal with. All though Manning Stainton didn’t sell our property (we’re moving from another area of the UK) based on our experience as a seller, I would definitely use them as a selling agent.
