TrustpilotThank you so much to Karly Bibby! …
Thank you so much to Karly Bibby for being very proactive, helpful and there for me over the last year+ (yes that’s right it’s been a journey!) in navigating me finding my ideal house within my budget and in the area I wanted. I am delighted to have been passed through to the move managers now and can’t wait to get the keys to my new place soon. As a first time buyer I had a LOT of questions and Karly answered them all, was patient and also has kept me informed of everything throughout with great communication. Thank you again, would highly recommend. It’s been a pleasure and I’m so so grateful.
Hi Katie, and thank you for your really lovely review of Karly, it is very much appreciated. I hope you are soon settled in your new home and enjoying it. Thank you, Helen and the team at Oakwood

TrustpilotFrom initially listing our property…
From initially listing our property with the team, to sale, to move management, the team at Adel were fantastic every step.I would like to also explicitly mention Yvonne Jones from the move management team who kept us informed every step of the way. She single handedly stopped my heart from exploding when the exchange and completion came right down to the wire. Even with multiple calls a day combined with my innate rambling, she was always a friendly, calming and knowledgeable voice.
Thank you Tom. Hopefully your stress levels reduced now!

TrustpilotBrilliant Experience with Viewing Agent Karl
Karl is one of the most enthusiastic and friendliest agents I’ve met on house viewings and his service was brilliant! He was proactive in retrieving any answers we needed about the properties and even followed up to make sure we got our answers. He walked us through the properties and gave us a great tour of everything with ease and allowed us to take our time. Thank you for such a great experience Karl!
Thank you so much for your kind words, we'll be sure to tell Karl who will be very happy to hear that you were pleased with his service. We know we are very lucky to have 2 great viewers.

TrustpilotYvonne Jones Simply The Best 👌
Yvonne the move management at Adel is Simply the best person ever, I wouldn't of got through my move without her.She kept me updated every single day sometimes 3 or 4 times a day. I literally would of had a break down without her.I was going through the world's most stressful move and having no updates from anyone else apart from Yvonne. She surely is a huge asset to Mannings without her I wouldn't of got through the last 18weeks, Yvonne kept me so calm and reassured throughout the whole process. Now that I have moved into my new lovely home I miss hearing from Yvonne she truly is the most amazing person I have ever come into contact with when buying and selling property. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Jennifer & Stephen
Wow. What a review! Thank you Jennifer. We hope you enjoy your new home.
