I was recommend Manning Stainton by a friend who had recently sold his property through the Headingley branch. He stated they were very efficient and had an excellent marketing team . I called the manager Amy King and arranged for a valuation. Amy was very professional and gave good advice on how to market the property to its full potential. What was also pleasing was the valuation figure given was the amount I expected it to be. An appointment was made for the photographer (Tina) to attend. Once again a very informative and professional experience.It wasn't long before the marketing teambegan contacting me with numerous appointments for viewings. All appointments and feedback from potential buyers could be viewed through MyManningStainton on their website.Once i had accepted an offer I was kept very well informed by the Move Manager, Charlotte Poutney regarding surveys or further negotiations which were handled efficiently and professionally. I would not hesitate to recommend, or use the company again in the future

Elizabeth was amazingly helpful throughout the period until the house sold and Shelley has been brilliant at keeping me informed until the sale went through up to completion. Lots of real communication - really rare these days. A very well run organisation from start to finish, these ladies and the other staff who stepped in from time to time are a credit to Manning Stainton.

I recently sold my house in Armley with Manning Stainton's Wortley branch and have nothing but positive words to say about them.The were the most on the ball and least pushy out of the agencies who valued the property and had lots of helpful advice for me. Initially I deal with Alex and Nikki who helped with the valuations, marketing and advertising of my house and then Lucy and Lesley were responsible for overseeing the sale for me. Communication was excellent throughout, nothing was too much trouble and everyone was helpful and friendly.Best of all, they managed to achieve the full asking price and help us to complete on the sale in less than 6 weeks! If you are considering selling in West Leeds, I would 100% urge you to contact these, you won't regret it. Thanks again everyone for making the process so smooth and stress free.1

I had a staff member Chloe dealing with me who was incredibly helpful. She kept me updated while waiting to hear if my offer was accepted or not, even when there wasnt any updates but to inform me of no new news which i massively appreciated! The service given was polite, very friendly and supportive and she was happy and excited with me when the offer was finally accepted. I would definately use manning stainton again in the future!

Quite a tricky sale of my house with the chain breaking twice due to buyers pulling out. Kyle was good at keeping me up to date with only occasional prods required from my side. Towards the end he did an excellent job of chasing the buyer's solicitors and trying to get updates with regards to exchange and completion dates. Overall very happy with the service I received.

Fabulous company , professional and helpful from start to finish.Valued, instructed , photos & sale agreed within a couple of weeks, the sale was progressed by Lesley who is worth her weight in gold . She was so calming in what became a long process but kept us upto date at every stage to get to exchange , then completion going above and beyond for not only us but our buyers who were using a competitor to sell through , Lesley kept it altogether with regular calls even if there were no updates ! and we can’t thank her enough for her support
