TrustpilotAn enthusiastic and dedicated team
Special thanks to Joanne, the Move Manager for seeing us through to completion with diligence and excellent communication. Also to lovely Lesley, who came to take the photos when there were workmen in the street, and revisited another day to do the external shots rather than make do with a camera angle that excluded them! All the staff I encountered seemed enthusiastic, helpful and motivated. The main reason for choosing Manning Stainton was that they are open every day. They conducted all the viewings. Some were outside their advertised office hours, so they are clearly flexible to meet their customers’ needs.
Aww, thank you Sue, your review has made my day. It is always a joy to hear that our clients are happy with our service. I wish you all the very best and thank you so much for your custom.

TrustpilotFirst Rental
MS acquired us our first rental property and at the age of 60+ we were quite ignorant of the process. Thankfully Debbie got us through it in a kind & supportive manner - she’s a credit to the company! No problems in recommending this company.

GoogleHighly recommended! We have sold two properties through F&C Rutland in the last 6 years, most recently in spring 2024. On both occasions their service was impressive. F&C know the market, are well connected, and are energetically proactive. As a result, there are fewer viewings by time-wasters, more viewings by genuine potential buyers, and the reassuring knowledge that you'll achieve a sale at the the property's full value. They're the best!

GoogleIldi and Jan have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. After our previous purchase fell through, we had lost faith in estate agents a bit, but Ildi in particular really went out of her way to get us additional information about our new house up front which helped make the purchase much faster and smoother than usual. We are so excited to move into our new home, thank you!

TrustpilotVery impressed
I am in the process of selling my house and so far I have been extremely impressed with all the staff who I have had contact with. I have received really regular updates about viewings, and when they said we’d review the listing in 3 weeks, they did. They have provided timely advice which resulted in 2 offers and the sale is currently underway - so fingers crossed it goes smoothly! I would definitely recommend Manning Stainton.
Hi Clare, so great to read such a positive review of our service so far and lets hope we can get the sale completed for you as quick as possible! Thanks for taking the time to share your positive experience.
