GoogleBest estate agents by far. Sold my house in a matter of weeks. Always call with updates. They are there when needed at the end of the phone. All the viewing where completed perfectly. If you need an estate agent there is no need to shop around just give Peter and his team a ring and look no further. Highly recommend to everyone.

Apologies for our late response. That is terrible to hear Ms Frost. It is certainly not our usual level of service. Our customer service level is very important to us and we strive every day to get it right. I am extremely sorry that you feel we have not delivered to our usual high standards.

GoogleDisappointing to say the least - couldn’t even get someone round to value our property. Made appointments and then cancelled them... no effort made from them. Very poor.

GooglePROFESSIONAL l KNOWLEDGEABLE l FRIENDLY I currently have my bungalow on the market with Lovelle. I don't know what I was expecting from an estate agent but these girls have gone above and beyond for me. From the initial communication, to the photos to the viewings, I have been kept up to date every step of the way. I have recently accepted an offer and although it feels like everything is at a standstill right now I have the trust in them that they are doing every thing they possibly can. Thank you for every thing so far, I cant fault you. To anyone thinking of selling and needing guidance along the way, you cant go wrong with Lovelle.
