GoogleI chose Lovelle's to sell the property for me as they were exceptionally knowledgeable about the area. Provided advice on the best approach to take as I was selling a property on behalf of someone else. They understood the complications I was facing and provided additional support to assist. Lucy and Tom were fantastic from start to finish of the process.

GoogleWe highly recommend Lovelle Estate Agency. We were looked after by Tom Bennett, at the Louth Branch, and he kept us informed all the way through the process and found the right buyer for our house. House selling is always stressful, especially the last few days, but with Tom liaising with the other agents and solicitors it all came together on time. A really excellent service and we can't thank him enough.

GoogleI have reported an issue with the shower as there's no hot water going to it at all. The staff at the letting agency told me to google it instead of sending someone qualified to fix it, that is after I rang them to chase for a response several days after it was reported. After having a check it isn't something I can fix on my own, I have rang them to chase for a response, the staff just laughed and said the computer is conveniently not working, and said they will get in touch at some point. I find it really unprofessional that I was not asked what the problem is, and they just laughed it off about their incompetence.

GoogleLovelles have been nothing short of excellent in selling my property. I had quite a few external divorce issues that complicated my sale which unfortunately dragged on for three years. However with their ongoing help & friendly support I still managed to achieve a successful sale In the end. I would certainly recommend them highly and you can have complete faith in their competence and professionalism as an estate agent. Non-judgemental and always on hand if you need them. In particular I must thank Tom for all his assistance over the last 8 months, he has been invaluable and provided a first class service and quickly dealt with all my questions and queries, thank you Tom very much appreciated.

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant service. Tracey Clement came to do a valuation and really took the time to actually look at the house, discuss it’s ‘quirks’ and came to a realistic conclusion - unlike one other company who barely bothered to look around, but merely whipped out a load of print outs of prices for other (what they considered) ‘comparable’ properties (which they REALLY weren’t ). Thank you Lovelles - you have restored my faith !

GoogleThe service we received from both Lucy and Tom at Lovelle's was excellent. Lucy delbt with our onward house purchase in a very professional and efficient manner. She kept the ball rolling and ensured all parties were on track for a set completion date with her excellent communication skills. We can highly recommend their service.

GoogleSo I was a customer to Lovelle for 5 years +, at one time they were very good but since the takeover they could not be worse. Multiple issues and quieres ignored and glossed over. Towards the end of my business with them I put in a formal complaint because I believe the way they acted was wrong and no one paying this company to look after a property should receive such service. That was on the 1st of August 2022. At the time of writing this 29/8/22 I have not even received acknowledgemet of my complaint. Disgusting company that deserve nobody's business.

Direct reviewsPolite, helpful and responsive to my questions about purchasing my property, which was a long way from where I previously lived. The following is not a complaint about Lovelle staff, but are significant issues. Firstly I am concerned as to how to manage vendors who delay handing the keys in after sale completion. I had completed on the shortest day of the year, and couldn't access the property. Luckily I had moved out of my own property a week previously and was staying with friends in Louth. This was by luck - as the removal company couldn't do a two day removal, thank goodness -otherwise this would have been a very different story. Secondly, at no time was I informed (by the vendors) that the property was on prepayment meters. I discovered this the day before I moved from my previous home, when I called my electricity provider to say that I was moving. I had no idea how to use these. If I was moving the same day, I simply do not know how I would have discovered this especially in the middle of winter and Christmas about to begin. This has been a real pain to work out and sort out; with hours on the 'phone, at the busiest time of year and with the Christmas break, as I also changed providers. I have been informed that it will be many weeks before ordinary credit meters will be installed- at my expense. This should be essential information provided at some stage in the sale process.
