GoogleLovelles have been nothing short of excellent in selling my property. I had quite a few external divorce issues that complicated my sale which unfortunately dragged on for three years. However with their ongoing help & friendly support I still managed to achieve a successful sale In the end. I would certainly recommend them highly and you can have complete faith in their competence and professionalism as an estate agent. Non-judgemental and always on hand if you need them. GoogleI initially contacted Lovelle about a property I was interested in, and my request was picked up by new estate agent, Amber Louise. She kindly offered to show me around via video link but by the time our appointment was due, the house had already sold. She immediately offered to show me a couple more properties. As I am unfamiliar with Grimsby, I was grateful for her knowledge of the local area and her advice about which areas to look at and those to avoid. The viewings went well, and I felt that I could totally trust her judgement when recommending one property over another- so much so that I made an offer on the house straight away. Amber is a credit to Lovelle and I wish her all the best in her career.

GoogleFirst used Lovelle in 2017 when sold bungalow then used again in 2025 when selling park home as service from all the team was excellence on both . Needed a little help with the property i am buying now and they went out of their way to help me out. I would recommend Tommy and his team without any hesitation.

GoogleHad a house viewing today with Amber, she was very approachable, not awkward and lovely. Amber knows her stuff and she was amazing in getting my offer accepted and stayed late to get the house of the market! The whole time she has communicated clearly, offered advice especially being a first time buyer and been a joy to talk to about the property. Fully recommend her and if I was the company Iβd really look after her. Thanks again

Selling a home can be stressful, but Tommy and Sharon made the whole process so much easier from start to finish. They were always there to answer questions, keep me updated, and explain things clearly whenever I wasnβt sure about something. There were also a few times where they really went above and beyond to help me out, which I genuinely appreciated. It made a big difference knowing I had people looking out for me and making sure everything kept moving smoothly. Tommy and Sharon were both friendly, professional, and really easy to deal with throughout the whole sale. Iβm very grateful for all their help and support. GoogleMy experience with Lovelle was a complete disaster. Despite providing clear proof of my payments, my overpaid rent has not been refunded at all. Pre-existing damages in the property were wrongly attributed to me. This is a clear case of unjust enrichment and negligence. Their communication is poor, their processes are disorganized, and they show no respect for tenantsβ rights. I absolutely do not recommend their services and strongly advise others to be cautious

As a company we will always look to understand where and how we can improve our services if we have fallen short on standards however, in this instance the allegations here are completely false and we wholeheartedly disagree with your comments. We have responded to all of your emails with full explanations to your requests. You returned the keys to your property 21 days late and therefore rent for this period was due. Additionally, damage and goods were left at the property following the end of the tenancy (again evidence supplied to you already in the form of the original inventory and check out report) and we requested that the deposit be paid to the landlord to cover all aspects. Your confirmed the request via the deposit company and this has been returned to us. This was your choice. Our communications have been very clear and fair to you. We understand that many people now use AI to write emails, however AI does is not always correct and open to misinterpretation and I believe that this is the case here. We do hope that will be happy in your new home Kind regards

GoogleCouldnβt recommend Lovell enough. From the moment we met Eve for a valuation, we got a really good feeling that they were the right agent for us. The valuation was spot on, we sold in less than a week and they host all the viewings for you so it takes the stress away. All our viewings were arranged back to back on a Saturday to limit inconvenience. Lee who hosted the viewings took the time to visit beforehand and make notes on everything so he was fully prepared and knowledgable to answer any questions and promote the house at its best. Eve has been great following the sale keeping on top of the chain to make sure all ran smoothly right up until completion. Iβm not moving again but if I were to, I wouldnβt go anywhere else

GoogleTO ALL PRIVATE RENTERS, AVOID THIS DREADFUL AGENCY. Rented a house on 15 Station Road, Mablethorpe from March until November - was messed around from the beginning with continuous date changes etc. Upon moving in, we were informed by Debbie (Louth Office) and Teresa Bielby that the house was in a poor and unclean state and we would have to "take it as it is" (landlady had consented to initial move in date and then went on holiday without finishing cleaning or decorating the property) We spent hours cleaning the house to make it liveable and spent money on it. We experienced continuous problems that were constantly reported concerning rats, no electricity, faulty/dangerous electrical sockets, no heating due to a broken thermostat, out of date gas metre, damp issues, leaking taps, broken toilet and the landlady turning up unannounced without permission; we reported the rat issue to Debbie and Teresa and documented the concern via the tenancy log - told us there wasn't anything that could be done regarding the chronic rat problem, then we contacted the landlady directly who told us to buy our own poison and to deal with it ourselves! In October, the problem had become so bad that the rats had got into the wall and ate through the electrical wires and we were left without electricty. We were blamed for this! When we reported the electricity issue caused by the rats, another person from Lovelle requested we take a picture of the neighbours garden (where the rats were rumoured to be coming from) which we felt to be immoral and probably illegal and refused. The Landlady turned up unlawfully and unannounced on several occasions and started going through our kitchen cupboards and upstairs - reported to Lovelle and Teresa informed us that we mustn't allow her in! Teresa Bielby is very condescending and talks down to tenants like she's above them. This dreadful agency will take weeks to months to sort issues out, if at all, they will keep taking your money and not do anything about their tenants living in appalling conditions. We received a bill from Anglian Water to say we were being charged extra money due to a leaking kitchen tap and it took them 2 months to sort out! We completed regular property checks and nothing was ever mentioned or discussed regarding uncleanliness or damage to the property. Upon moving out, Lovelle and the unfit for purpose landlady have tried to take our deposit and stated that we left the property in a poor condition. No one should have to live like that, be treated so poorly and not be listened to when trying to raise problems. Avoid at all costs; this situation has caused so much stress and they have tried to take our deposit money stating that we left the property unclean!

GoogleWhere to start. Read other trust pilot and Google reviews. Lovelle's Gainsborough have a habit of fabricating other buyers and bids. Weren't prepared to provide redacted proof of other bids even after sale agreed (which doesnt affect gdpr and can reasonably be done). Raised price slightly and miraculously the other buyer disappeared, no mention of checking any other competing offers or if the other buyer wished to respond etc. Clear dishonest estate agent tactic. Not the only one who has experienced this. Constantly messed around throughout the process, they then informed me it had to go through auction after the sale was agreed and at no point before was this mentioned, even though the auction t's and c's did not apply to me as I had viewed the property prior to the auction and only contacted the estate agency. Agreed to this anyway as after standing my ground again miraculously the auctioneer informed me he could "manipulate" the t's and c's of the sale to suit us even though this was just saying more money for the seller. Worst experience of estate agent from start to finish. Instead of trying to help both parties come to resolution they just insist that the greedy seller has given them instructions so there's nothing they can do. After the seller has had a year of trying to sell the house, she has now had 2 sales fall through and constant relisting of the property because she expects everything on her terms the same as lovelle's. When will they learn. Appalling.

We maintain strict compliance with GDPR and privacy laws. Our fiduciary duty is to our client, the seller, and we are obligated to communicate all offers honestly and follow their precise instructions regarding the terms of a sale. The seller is fully within their rights to change the terms or accept a different offer if contracts have not been exchanged. We appreciate this can sometimes lead to disappointment, but this is a matter of legal and professional obligation rather than choice. Regarding the auction process, this was introduced at the sellerβs request, and we relayed their instructions as we are required to do. We understand this may have felt unexpected, but we continued to work to find a solution that both parties were comfortable with. We are pleased to note that after the weekend, the sale is now back on, and the verbal feedback given to us was that you have been grateful for the assistance provided throughout this transaction. We genuinely hope the remainder of the process moves smoothly for you. If you would like to discuss anything further, we would be more than happy to speak with you directly. We have recently sold our property in North Hykeham. Tommy came to value our property, extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with, came to take photos one afternoon, and the house was on the market a couple of hours later. Throughout the whole process the team kept us up to date with frequent emails and phone calls. We spoke with Hollie in the office a lot, and again, was brilliant with keeping in touch. Highly recommend this team and couldnβt be happier with their service.
