We recently completed on our new home and couldn’t thank Sam (who I now consider as a friend and will certainly be keeping in touch) and Becky enough! They have been amazing throughout the whole journey. We felt they went above and beyond, always keeping in touch and updating us along the way. Nothing was ever a problem. Big shout out to all the Lovelle crew at the Skegness branch. I highly recommend them, their expert knowledge of all aspects to do with conveyancing is reasuring as they lead you through the whole process step by step. Serra, Becky and Katie are all motivated to prove the most efficient service they can and are always on hand to answer any questions in what can sometimes be a stressful time. The regular progress updates throughout the different stages were extremely helpful. I would'nt hesitate to use them again.

I have recently had a very good experience marketing a property with Lovells in Skegness. They answered my initial call after 3 other agents did not pick up. They offered a very reasonable price for sales package which of course included a posting on rightmove. I met with Beccy and Sam and between them they both did an excellent job keeping me informed and communicating between both parties. The marketing details were put together quickly and in good order including a video from Beccy which included a commentary which is often missing when I look at other properties. They helped us through the conveyancing to meet a very tight deadline, infact we beat the deadline by 2 weeks! I would highly recommend using Lovells if you are planning to sell a property.

Outstanding! I called Lovelle's to ask if they would manage my HMO (10 bed shared house). Debbie took it away for consideration and came back to me saying that I was not something they would do but investigated who would. She came back with the only worthwhile info of ALL of the agents in Skegness (and I rang them all). Debbie had actually rang around and also contacted the council to find who they were happy with. Outstanding! especially as there was no business in it for Lovelle's.

What can I say but BRILLIANT! Nothing was ever too much trouble. They always got back to me, either by email or phone, they helped with solicitor's queries when I didn't understand. They constantly chased the buyer when things seem to fall quiet. I have no problem recommending them, bigging them up, supportive, efficient.
