GoogleWe picked Lovelle as 1 of the 3 Estate Agents to give a Valuation on my late mums property. Jess arrived at the appointment time and had a good look around the property. She asked relevant questions as we went along. Then gave us the Valuation which was the same as one of the other Estate Agents. The 3rd Estate Agent gave a considerably lower Valuation which raised my suspicions. What really sold us in going with Lovelle was the attitude of Jess. She had the right attitude from the start. She then proceeded to tell us how she thought the property would best be marketed. The way the pictures would be best taken and having a virtual tour of the house done to help in the sale. The property stands in large grounds so Jess recommended having a drone fly around the garden and do footage taken directly above the whole area to show the house and grounds at their best. She was the only one of the three Estate Agents to mention how best to sell it and was not just going through the motions like the other. She was the chosen one on the day she gave the Valuation. The house was listed and sold for the full asking price within 24 hours. The Buyer told me that what sold them wanting a viewing was the quality of the sales brochure online, the virtual tour and mainly the drone footage as it really showed everything at its best. The whole process from start to finish was carried out by the Team in a very professional but friendly manner. I cannot recommend Jess enough for her can do, go getter attitude and the backup she gets from Anne and Julie. Great show by Lovelle Brigg. Well done. Throughout the sales process Jess, Anne and Julie kept in contact and responded to our needs in good time. Always very cheery we could not have wanted for a better team to take us through the Sales of the house.

I have had good tenants, terrible tenants and problem tenants and they helped me throughout and are very knowledgeable.

GoogleBeen renting through Lovell for just over a year now, and can't fault them. If anything is needed I just email Becky, and she gets it sorted asap, with a recent boiler breakdown, she sorted everything out for us and even offered to bring round extra heaters to keep us going till it was fixed, which was the next day anyway, spot on.

I have spoke to a lady on phone a few times now and she speaks down to you not professional at all. Very disappointed. Straight away asking if your property has sold rather then greeting customers kindly which is good manners. No customer service skills. It’s a shame as really liked house but couldn’t view even though I’m in a position to buy. Very frustrating. My mum had. Same issue.DO NOT PUT YOUR HOUSE UP FOR SALE WITH THEM.

GoogleBe very wary of these agents if you are renting. They are not interested in the tenant at all and are very two faced by telling just what you want to hear and not what they are really planning.
Make sure you thoroughly check the photos and the house that they match as they will not help you at all collect your deposit.
The inspections are a joke. Make sure everything that is said is documented there and then and you have a copy as we have just had to pay up for faults that we reported at the time we collected the keys and on each of the three occasions of inspections only to be given a bill at the end of our lease and no back up from them about the reported problems that we then had to pay for.
All in all if you do use them make sure you do not rush into anything and make sure you check every little detail and get it all in writing even after every inspection.
