If I could give less than one star I would! If you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience from the moment you walk through the door, you’re going to love this agency. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever encountered a group of people so impressively uninterested in basic human warmth. The atmosphere was so icy I half-expected penguins to waddle out from the back office. I was the first to view a rented property, the first to submit a full, complete, organised application, and I handed over every document they requested faster than most agencies could find their own stapler. ID, income, rock-solid guarantor, I basically gift-wrapped the whole thing for them. And in return? Silence. Absolute, echoing silence. Not a single proactive update. Not even a token courtesy call to pretend they cared. I had to chase them like a debt collector just to hear the simplest information. Then the cherry on top, after a week of them ignoring the existence of a phone, I rang again only to be breezily informed the landlord had picked someone else that morning. Such timing! Almost like my application had been sitting in the “couldn’t care less” pile the whole time. The lack of empathy was so blatant it almost felt intentional. The whole place gives off strong “if your face fits, maybe we’ll pretend to do our jobs” vibes. I can only imagine how dazzling their customer service would have been if I’d walked in declaring myself a cash buyer to purchase one of their properties, maybe they’d have even forced a smile, though I suspect that’s wishful thinking. And honestly, after my experience, I’d gently suggest they consider taking an actual customer service course, both on the phone and face to face, because whatever they’re doing now isn’t it. If dealing with the general public irritates you that much, maybe don’t work in a customer-service-based role in the first place. Bottom line: In my experience, the service was cold, dismissive, disrespectful, borderline hostile, and utterly unprofessional. If you’re expecting respect, communication, or even the faintest hint of effort, you might want to look elsewhere. I’d save yourself the headache. I will NEVER deal with this company again.

Our first experience of Lovelle was when we bought our house with them 10 years ago. When we decided to sell a property that we had previously rented out this year Lovelle were the first estate agent we thought of. It's refreshing to know that the service is still as great now as it was 10 years ago. Lee has been fantastic. From his first visit to view the house he gave us good advice on getting the property ready to put on the market and was always available for any advice that we needed. Considering it wasn't a very expensive property he gave it the same attention that I would've expected for a high end property. All of the viewings were handled professionally with good feedback. A buyer was found quickly and everything has been handled very efficiently. Highly recommended.

Had a Viewing with Tommy this week and he was absolutely brilliant. Really knew his things and seems to take time and learn as much about the properties as possible before taking people around. Some estate agents seem to not want to know anything about properties, and when you try and ask important questions they don’t know, this was definitely not the case this time.

Lovelle Grimsby "Professional Time Wasters" Had an agreed video appointment to view an end terrace on Queensway, the appointment got re arranged for the same day, which was a red flag as I had to change my entire appointments for the day, just to double check I rang the office 3 times to confirm the agreed the new time, to which they agreed I waited around and still no video walk through! I wonder what excuse Lovelle will come up with, the one star is given as I was saved the hassle, stress and expense of travelling miles to view! Josh, Holly, Jo Anne and James sort your people skills out and stop wasting your potential buyers time, other wise you won't have a client base, job nor any confident buyers. Plenty of other decent and committed agents out there, sadly these are not one of them. Totally unprofessional, these people will definitely put the Grim in Grimsby AVOID!
